She evaluated the condition of my hair, talked about my expectations & then on to a fabulous shampoo/conditioning treatments. She then suggested some very conservative, "long layers". Traditionally layering my hair has not been a good idea. She explained her technique and I decided to be adventurous. When she finished my hair was AwEsoMe. On top of that, my partner's therapist actually switched out with another person in the middle of the appointment without any explanation.
