This review is long over due but never say never! I've lived in Camas my entire life and had never heard or been to Outlaw until moving out to Washougal in 2023. My husband and I absolutely love it. Coming from two people that worked in coffee for over 6 years, the coffee is always great, but the cherry on top is the consistency. No matter who is working, the drinks always taste the same which can't be said about every coffee shop, local or not. The service is always great, the line goes quick, coffee is delicious, and we love their seasonal menus. We've also taken several of our out of town friends and they've all been obsessed. I got a latte, which tasted too milky. My brother got a seasonal drink, which was super sweet. The drive thru is convenient, since it was so cold when we stopped by, but the coffee itself could be better. The pink lid is super cute though. read more

The drinks are wonderful, and the owner is so nice. The only thing that kept it from being 5-stars is that almost every time I visit in the afternoon I get stuck second in line at the social club. It's a drive-thru. Chatting up your customer (who ordered one beverage) for 5+ minutes while there is a line is super inconsiderate. Been here before and decent drinks. This pm, pulling into parking lot another vehicle that was white whipped out the other end to get in front of me. So I sat for 5 plus minutes while she was at the window chatting with the batista. I did not see a drink exchange this whole time. When they did stop talking the 1st car left and I pulled up only to be looked at as though she was annoyed with me. Sorry to interrupt your 'break' while working. I asked for a small 80z coffee in which she said they only were open for 1 more hour and had just a bit of coffee left and didn't want to waste it, could she make me an Americano? But again, it was as if she was annoyed I asked for a cup of coffee. Maybe if I was her buddy and wanted to chat at the window for 8,9,10 minutes I could get a kinder response, or even a cup or joe. Not cool. If your working like that have your friend call you on your break and don't make the person actually waiting to buy a drink feel like they annoyed you. Totally rude and unprofessional. They're brand new, and SO good! It's hard to get a quality espresso A) Around here, B) In a small business coffee stand, C) For a good price (that doesn't get stinky with shots). But they do it! I am a Dutch Bros Addict. I can't bear Starbucks. Outlaw is the closest quality of espresso I have found to Dutch, and I am so happy! Most of these recent comments are retaliatory for a half baked complaint. The child being referred to is an 18 year old male who has harassed the owner for many months. If you want to be greeted with a smile, asked about your family, job, or just generalized conversation all these girls know the regulars and community members. These girls are not wearing masks, but when they approach your vehicle they will maintain 6' foot distance. They are probably 5'-6' from you in the drive thru. The walk-up windows is beneficial and the girls are aware of maintaining distance. The owner gives back to the community by hiring local girls, donations, and overall community involvement. She had been the WHS Volleyball Coach. You can spend your money at Dutch Bros or Starbucks, but those aren't local businesses. Not to mention, most their product is junk anyways. read more

I LOVE THIS LITTLE SHACK! I wish i could take this place back to Los Angeles with me. We were in town for a wedding up the road and I am all for mom and pop coffee shops or in this case, shacks! Starbucks was across the street in the grocery store but I didn't even think about going there even tho i frequent it back home. There is a walk up window and a drive through which is great because it was sprinkling when we went. The girls working were SUPER DUPER Sweet and so cute and quick! Drinks: Two Hot Vanilla Lattes with soy milk Their go go cups are super adorable. Pink lids! and super cute smiley face stoppers =) The latte was very tasty, not too milky and perfect coffee taste. It was super hot but it was perfect for the weather. There were a lot of different drinks on the menu, I wish i could've tried other things but I'm a creature of habit and when I find something I like, I'll order it over and over, hence two days in a row with the same drink. The coffee here was pretty decent but the baristas at this coffee stand are refusing to wear masks and social distance during COVID19. I have been there multiple times and have not seen any of the Washington state safety protocols being implemented. Wearing a mask to protect the health of your customers is such a simple task. Washougal has limited options when it comes to just about everything so when one of the few options is actually really good, it comes as a relief. I pass by outlaw every single day but more recently started stopping here for my coffee instead of starbucks. It has the drive-thru or walk up option. Their menu is a typical coffee stand menu, lots of flavor options. The staff is always very friendly and service is quite quick. Coffee has a really good flavor and most importantly has a good after taste. I would recommend giving this spot a try. read more

For the price and drink quality- Dutch Bros is way better. The drive through is always packed with the slowest service and a bad attitude. They offer a punchcard, but when you receive the free drink it's the smallest size and low quality.
