Personally, I would NOT recommend this business to anyone. The person running it tells you things then gets mad and accuses you of being rude for expecting her to honor her own words. I try to help out local businesses but when they are particularly horrible, I give even more free advertising; especially when they threaten me with the "wrath of God" if I share my story. So, I stopped by the place in Flora Vista and made an appointment for Rusty. When I dropped him off Friday, I asked what was the latest time Saturday that I could pick him up and was told 8:00. Just in case, I asked what time was available Sunday. (For the record, I did this same thing when I boarded at Canine Castle. They had pick up times on both Saturday and Sunday during feeding times.) I went ahead and left Rusty and went on my trip. Saturday, I sent a text when I was leaving Albuquerque yesterday to make sure I could still pick him up and was surprised by her reply that she would not be available. I told her that was not what I was told the previous day but what time could I get him Sunday. She said she would meet me at 9, she was closed Sunday. We went down and waited at 9:00 at night and after messaging and calling her, I was told No, 9:00 am Sunday. So I showed up to get my dog and was told to get my dog and get out. She said I was rude and horrible and she would call down the wrath of god if I posted anything. Soooooo, since I did not think I was being unreasonable by wanting her to do what she said she was going to do and meet me to get my dog, I am giving LOTS of FREE ADVERTISING!!!!!!! DO NOT USE outlaw paws spaw!!! She talks a talk but does not do as promised. Feel free to share my post since she said I probably don't have any friends anyway. The animals they sell are sick. I have purchased two diamond doves from them. Both had stargazing problems, possibly from zoonotic illness. The last time I was in there, one of their birds had a severely overgrown beak that was twisted and the tip of the beak was essentially dead. It made it so the bird couldn't eat. They also keep non-compatible bird species in the same cages, risking the birds injuring or killing each other. Some of the birds are missing feathers on their faces, which could indicate PBFD, a fatal illness in parrots. The place smells of sick dogs. The puppies have no energy and don't even behave like normal puppies. There isn't adequate ventilation to prevent illness from spreading quickly through the store. read more

We had a great experience boarding our dogs here. The days were extremely hot, it was a holiday weekend and she was able to take our dogs las minute for overnight. Super flexible with our schedule. We were so happy we could sightsee without having to worry about our pups. read more

If I can do a minus five stars I would do that because we got a little puppy on a Saturday the agreement stated that we only had two days to get it checked up the puppy had a hack and we didn't realize that it was kennel cough till a few days. What happened is we took her in on Tuesday which is within the 2-day range because you can't count the weekend. I called them and told him what happened and I asked him if they want me to bring the receipts by I had to pay an extra $55 for a walk-in so my bill was $167 for the vet. I told them that my other dogs did not have this and that she started hacking after the first day and it started getting worse I brought the receipts in and they took copies of them she said she couldn't give me a refund for the vet because her the owner was not in. So week later I get a call from the owner telling me that she was only going to pay for the medication which was the cheapest part of the whole thing $20 then she tried to tell me that I did not do the agreement and bring the dog in within 2 days and I could have brought the dog back. Well that was not what was told to me I was told that I had to wait a week because she was out of town and I also told her stop right there you cannot count the weekend as those two days. I told her that my other dog was starting to hack a little and she asked me if I had given them bordetella shots and I told her they are current with their shots but not bored to tell us since I don't take them to get room or board them. She said that she told me that everyone had to have proof of vaccinations in bordetella shots before they brought him into board or groom. then she proceeded to tell me that she was sticking to her word that she was only going to pay for the $20 medication. She also stated that she thought that the kennel cough came from one of her borders. she said that she wasn't going to kick the dog out because the family was out of town. And they were doing everything they could to clean up their dog facility to keep it under control. it's so funny how she accused me of not being responsible and bringing the dog back or getting it checked out but she turned around and lied to me and told me that she made sure everyone had vaccination records before they were allowed to come in. I'm not out to destroy her business I was just wanting her to pay for the fees for the vet bill and the medication and she refuses to take responsibility read more

Do NOT and I repeat, do NOT, take your beloved fur baby to this woman's shop. My boyfriend and I are military and we live in Fairbanks, AK. I came across an online post for this business, as well as for the owner who was selling a few French bulldog puppies. Apparently she sells dogs out of this business as well. Needless to say, her and myself had an agreement that she would ship me a French bulldog puppy and I would pay her $2800 for the puppy. The whole process was a horrible experience and she proved to be extremely unreliable. Not only this, when the puppy arrived to me, her first words were "I do not want to worry you but he is pooping blood." The poor baby was skinny as a rail, dirty, and sick. This woman promised me vaccination records and medical records for the puppy upon arrival and she showed up empty handed. When I asked, she stated that she "lost the records" on the way up with the puppy. When my boyfriend and I took the puppy to the vet IMMEDIATELY after we got him, we were told he was underweight. For the age that they assumed he was, he should have been 10 pounds and he weighed in at just under 7 pounds. Not only this, they requested a stool sample be sent out since he was pooping blood. He was extremely lethargic and had no appetite. I had already paid this woman $1000 of my hard earned money and refused to pay her a single cent more until this puppy's stool sample came back. When I told her this, she screamed at me over the phone and told me to "shut up and listen to her." We proceeded to come to a verbal agreement that nothing would be paid until the stool sample came back on the puppy. Days later, the stool sample still had not came back and she contacted me stating that she was going to go to my boyfriends commanding officer and report us and then she proceeded to blackmail me with various other threats. Due to this, I paid her the remainder of the $2800 and washed my hands with having to deal with her. Well, the vet did come back with a diagnosis of coccidia, as well as other parasites in his lower intestine. Our vet suggested to us that he more than likely contacted this from eating other dogs fecal matter in a dirty facility. This facility is her grooming business where she grooms, boards, and sells animals. It has now been 5 weeks since we have had our baby and he is having is 5th vet visit on Monday, has had multiple rounds of antibiotics and is still having large amounts of blood in his stool. We spoke to our vet yesterday and she reported to us that his coccidia is still there. Please please PLEASE do NOT take your babies to this woman. They may come into contact with such medical conditions and she will do NOTHING to make it any easier on you or help you in anyway. . read more
