We ordered the prime dip sandwich, club sandwich, outlaw burger, fish and chips, with wine and margaritas. The club sandwich was HUGE and delicious. The prime dip sandwich was a good size and tasty. The outlaw burger was larger than average and didn't disappoint. The fish and chips were very filling. The cut of the fries were the best, the fry on the onion rings was addicting, and the tater tots were nostalgic. I decided to try the outlaw cheese steak sandwich with a side of tater tots for lunch. Overall I rate the Outlaws Bar & Grill a three stars. Food was just your good greasy bar food. Melted cheese, thin sliced rib eye, toasted buns, crunchy tater tots, side of creamy ranch accompanied by a nice ice cold root beer under a neon beer sign surrounded by locals was my experience. Overall my meal was well portioned, good ingredients were used, my meal was prepared swiftly and excellent customer service. Our waitress was friendly and on top of things. Whoa. Dropped in at 11pm on a Sat night cuz I've driven by this place for years and always wondered what it was like and the parking lot was packed so I knew it was gonna be lit. Walked in and overlooked the game room full of dealers and card tables and people playing with their money but looking pretty serious, so I headed to the bar. The music was loud and it took a minute to get a beer but gave me a chance to check out the crowd. This is a boots and buckles place, as it should be, with also some young street style. Everyone was mostly mid late 20's and the Karoake stage was on fire! Full on dance party with impressive moves and vocals. Surrounded by pool tables, seems like there's something for everyone. Kinda. Just picked up a to-go food order for an early Father's Day. Feeding 3 adults and a young kid and EVERYONE loved their food. We ordered: 12oz Top Sirloin cooked Medium with a baked potato and clam chowder. Dad remarked, "This is probably the best top sirloin I have ever had... hardly any fact and cooked perfectly. This chef knows what he is doing." Chicken Fried Steak with beer battered fries and clam chowder. BF remarked, "This is the best clam chowder I have ever had. The amount and size of the clams is amazing." I ordered the French Dip with Pepperjack cheese and onion rings. It was delicious. The au jus was flavorful and the meat was tender and full of flavor. Onion rings were the right amount of crispy and great to dip. Daughter's cheeseburger and fries portion was HUGE. Totally snagged some of her beer battered fries to dip in my au jus. Went for an event, and turned out to really like it. So yes, it's primarily a bar, not a formal eating establishment, so you have to be good with that. But it has an ample outside area if you want to get away from the loud music and get some fresh air. And best of all it has really good food! We had the steak as recommended by regulars, and it was very good, tasty, perfectly cooked, better than in many restaurants. The burgers also looked quite good and were appreciated by those who ordered them. We shared the steak on someone else's advice, and that was really good advice even though one was hungry and the other starving, even that one was ample. We also tasted 3 different kinds of fries and all were way above average. The salad was fresh and good. You should go just to eat.. And all that and the friendliest bartender, able to keep up with unruly crowds without losing her head at all. read more

The bartender (jessica) was completely unprofessional and rude. She had an attitude all night and then when she didn't like her tip she said something to us. I called Sunday morning and spoke to a girl named Jessica. I asked if they would be playing the Steelers game at 10am. She said "we sure are" so I headed down there super excited to watch our first game of the season... once I arrived I asked her which TV they would be showing my game on so I could decide where to sit. It didn't take long for me to realize that she was was mistaken, they obviously don't have the NFL Sunday ticket cause it was just the same regular games I could have watched at home! Jessica is the girl who I spoke to on the phone and also behind the bar once I got there. When I mentioned that I was told that it would be playing, she quickly got very defensive saying she said they were playing football, not any game specifically. Ummm... no. I didn't call to see if they were just playing football, I wanted to watch MY game which is why I called in the first place!!! I didn't want to argue with her but there was no point in staying, so I closed out the tab for my drink and still left her a very generous tip because that's just how I am. When I gave it back to her I very politely told her that in the future when someone asks a specific question it's probably a good idea to just make sure you have your facts straight & have the correct information before answering! I wasn't even mad, I was irritated but was calm & polite & honestly giving advice that I seriously feel would help her especially with football season underway! She absolutely lost it, got all snippy & mad, throwing her hands in the air, just defended herself and wanted to argue. At this point I was mad!! What Horrible customer service!!!! How about a simple "sorry about that, it was a mistake" ??? GEEZ..... I'll never return to that place! My advice to Outlaws is hire bartenders that have some decent customer service skills! Had a embarrassingly horrific meal there mixed with absolute horrible customer service a few years back. Nope, nothing has changed! The bartender, some short extremely rude woman informs me that I have to order food even though I just ate before showing up there. Update: Big thanks to Outlaws management for responding so quickly and taking care of the problem. Last night we went to check out the vibe at karaoke and had a great time. No drama, no one trying to pick a fight. Whenever Sachi is hosting the best singers come out. Suzie was rocking it behind the bar. I'm happy to have my favorite local spot back! I used to love coming to Outlaws. Their food is great and the regular bartenders are awesome. There was a great group of regulars who would come out for karaoke on Wednesday and Sunday nights. It was a safe place for a single woman to go out and have fun with a good group of locals. The fun stopped when the karaoke hostess (who is also an occasional bartender) started to pick fights with several of us over the past month. Last Wednesday was the last straw. She got in my face while I was talking to a friend and falsely accused me of talking about her behind her back. She was physically aggressive, approaching me at the bar when I was trying to close out my tab. I had to have a male friend walk me to my car because I did not feel safe. It was terrible. I don't plan to come back as long as she is there. It's unfortunate because the majority of the regulars have stopped coming out because of similar interactions with her. Karaoke nights are supposed to be safe and fun. It's just not anymore. I hope Outlaws will do something about it because the karaoke company doesn't seem to care. I'd like to be able to come back without having to worry about some paranoid person picking fights with me. read more

I was so leery of this place because outside looks a bit dubious. Minute we walked in it was like a whole other place. Warm staff...wonderful food.
