I would alway see this place whenever we're driving through the grapevine area and alway wonder how the shopping was. Well after years of to and from north and south on the 5, I finally can say I've been. It's a pretty decent size outlet mall. Plenty of parking along the side of the shopping center. There's also a section that has charging stations. And I did notice that there were loads of people out and about with their dogs. We arrived around 6pm which the outlet does open till 8pm. From the side we centered in, there was food truck that was parked right before you walked in. Everything is outdoor which they also had a little strip that was covered. Helpful with the heat as it does get hot during the summer seasons. There's all your traditional stores you would see at the outlet. Nike, HM, Michael Kors, Adidas, Vans and so on. A good amount of decent stores. It does warp around each other but we didn't get a chance to wander through the whole place. It was well maintained with plants and the water features. Planted area did have a fence barrier around them. Also, loads of seated benches placed throughout the walkway for seating. Besides the traditional outlet shops, you also have the classic food vendors. Basically a lot of stalls or food center that you would find in the mall. They did have a good sale happening as it was Fourth of July'. Some nice deals that were offered before as well as after. Overall, it's nothing major like the Desert Hill outlet going towards Palm Springs with their higher end designer shops. But this outlet does have a fairly decent amount of stores. Also it's kind of in the middle of nowhere in a sense that's it's right off the freeway. A decent outlets that's worth checking out if you're driving by and wanted to kill some time while heading north or south on the 5. read more

Clean outlets. Nice shopping area. Modern and upgraded looks. Outlets at Tejon isn't huge. There's only two good long aisles to walk around, but it has the basics. Think about Premium Outlets like the one in Livermore, CA, but a much smaller version of it. Same design. Cashiers inside the stores are very nice people. We purchased some new walking shoes for great prices here around $26 each with discounts included. Good value. It doesn't have a formal food court spot, but there are a few food retailers. These outlets aren't overpriced nor overcrowded. Coach store, Under Armour, Colombia, Old Navy, Tony's Pizza, Subway, Levi's, Ulta, OshKosh, H&M, Banana Republic, etc. You can find typical basic brands here as you find in other outlets. Not a huge place. Parking lot was huge though. Easy access to freeway. I wish the place would add a food court to make it a good standard shopping spot. It was a very comfortable restroom stop and happy place for a good stretch or walk around. Conveniently located. This beautiful stop in an old American Indian town with gas stations, hotels, and restaurants was pretty relaxing here. Jamba Juice, Dunkin Donuts, Chipotle, Denny's, IHOP, etc. are all driving distance from this location. Worth it. read more

What a mess! Empty storefronts Dulce to the terrible layout. No fountains or amenities. The managements only effort to improve the ambience is to turn up the Muzak louder and louder and LOUDER. There is really no food court to speak of. Pick any strip mall in the state and there will be better dining options. It's bad when the highlight of an outlet mall is the Tesla charging station. :D Wait! I have something nice to say. The bathrooms are very, very nice. Great place to hide out from the cacophonous mall music. read more

This is a great stop on a road trip on the 99. It's nice to walk and stretch your legs going around the outdoor mall. I don't really think of it as outlets after going, it's more a mall. Half the shops are regular shops and are not outlet prices. They got rid of their food court and put in an ulta which I thought was interesting and they had a handful of shops that were closed/empty. It's weird that there are very few food options on site, there are more down the road which discourages you from staying and encourages you to stop shopping and leave to get food. We popped into 3 shops and then hit the road again. We got a good deal at Levi's who had a sale but that was it really, I wasnt impressed with the prices for the other stores that were "outlets" read more

My family and I stopped here to charge up our EV before heading over the Grapevine and it's a great place to stretch your legs and use the restroom. The restrooms are clean and parking is plentiful. Although we love El Tejon Outlets, we only come here like once a year. Maybe when the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino at Tejon opens up we will come here more often. El Tejon Outlets is beautiful and the stores they have are wonderful. There is a store for everyone. There is even a K Pop Store, we didn't go inside it though. I love the walk ways and all the benches. They even have outside ceiling fans. The sun does beat down on you but there are shaded areas. Also there are plenty of places to quench your thirst and satisfy your appetite. read more

Usually my stop here to charge up the EV before going over grapevine. The bathrooms here are usually pretty clean and they have a few family rooms which is nice to have with a baby. I wish that their food court was still open or their kids area so that kids can stretch out their legs and use up some energy there before taking off again. read more

I stopped here before heading to up north to Cupertino. There are plenty of clean bathrooms, which I would recommend over the local gas station or stops to use the bathrooms. There are plenty of parking spots available as well. The Outlet has a lot of different stores (Nike, Banana Republic, Puma, H&M, GAP, Express, etc.) But I didn't really find the prices that much different from the malls in Los Angeles/San Francisco. Need a nice restroom break on a long drive? Don't stop here, the restroom plays a high pitched dog whistle drone that pulses doors are ridiculously exposing, starting about two feet off the ground. I'd be more comfortable in a prison bathroom. read more

So, shoutout to Stands With a Cinnabon and Dances With Crocs. Nothing special about these "more affordable" outlets, though they had clean bathrooms, shade, and giant ceiling fans outside. A great place to stop for a leg stretch and "refuel". There's a decent selection of reasonably priced places to grab a quick bite. This time my daughter made a quick stop through Tilly's to pick up a shirt, and the staff was friendly and efficient. We were in, out and back on the road in quick time. :) read more

The food court here is not good so I recommend eating elsewhere if you're hungry. They don't really have a good selection of stores and everything is pretty boring. The only stores I go to when I do come here are Nike, Adidas, Ralph Lauren, Pandora, Cotton On and Crocs. You will find good deals on the store above at outlet prices and discounts. read more

Stopped there to charge the car. It was a Thursday around lunch time during Spring Break. Most chargers were free. The shopping place looked somewhat empty. It's kept clean. Lots of parking. It seems like they are building apartment complexes nearby. We went to use the bathroom by Express. The women's bathroom was clean and well-maintained. We also shopped a little to kill time. Staff in all stores we stopped by were welcoming and helpful. We were there maybe 30-45 minutes in all. We did not try the food area. Maybe next time. We'll probably go back there again since we need to charge the car anyway when coming back from LA. read more

Each individual store is ran great, my issue was with the bathrooms and the lack of care in each individual stall. The date I went was during the holidays so I understand the facilities being used consistently, however I feel this is more of a reason to have the restrooms checked more periodically. The attached photo was probably one of the better stalls during this time. What a shame. read more

These outlets had your typical outlet-y types of shops. I went to the usual suspects: Banana Republic, Cosmetics Company Store, Cotton On, Gap. They did have H&M but it wasn't an outlet in the classic sense, more like your normal retail store. That said, it wasn't as crowded as your run of the mill H&M. There are some eating spots nearby, I didn't bother with the offerings here at the mall however. There was Auntie Anne's, Subway cafe, Cinnabon and a pizza spot. Hmmm...no thanks. Maybe because the day I went was stinking hot, it wasn't exactly the most pleasant environment to go walking around. The stores were also freezing cold. If you need to charge your car, this is a convenient spot to do it but it could do with better food options IMO. read more

Location is pretty busy way more stores available since last time I was there. Great variety. Property grounds are kept nice and clean. Unlike some places that I've been to very enjoyable time there workers that walk around are nice and friendly. They have a little bit of something for everyone I definitely don't mind stopping When I drive through the area. read more

Slice of heaven!! I recently discovered this hidden gem by mistake and I simply love this place. This is not a huge outlet but has everything I need. Nike outlet store with great discounts: check. Love the fact that they have Ariat outlet: check. UA outlet with amazing and I mean AMAZING discount: check. I can't believe I never discovered this place. We went on Memorial weekend (Saturday and went back Monday), usually we go to Camarillo but I did not want to deal with the lines. Sure It's a standard outlet mall with standard outlet stores with standard outlet prices but this place is pretty cool. They have a whole Tesla supercharger station parking area for people with EV's & some standard EV chargers as well. They have a food court and places to buy food right outside the food court (sorry didn't pop my face in to see what was in there, i was more concerned with jumping from store to store to stay out of the heat.) Their women's bathroom was clean, and well-stocked. Always a good thing. But water coming out of the faucet next to the changing station smelled like farts for some reason. I had to run across the room with soapy hands to get away from the smell. The ones I used didn't smell so just FYI use the sinks furthest from the changing station. Other than that, had a lot of fun here. read more

Been to this outlet a handful of times and each time, I'd pretty much enjoyed the whole place to myself each time, which makes me worry about its longevity. Note that I usually visit on a weekday. The location is great as it's right off the freeway and there's not much before or after, which is an excellent excuse for a break. Some of my favorite stores to browse include Coach, Kate Spade, Polo Ralph Lauren, and Nike. Restrooms are usually clean and parking is plentiful. I can't comment on the food court as I don't usually need to eat when I'm browsing. Hopefully, more new stores will be leased as my most recent visit, there seem to be more empty storefronts compared to before. #34/2021 read more

We always like to shop here when we head South. Nike is our to go store every visit. We love getting deals at Bath and Body works and a lot of the clothing stores usually have sales on outlet deals. Sometimes it can get crowded here and there's a line to wait in at every store. The wait times aren't usually too long (depends on the store). They try to keep this place clean at all times. The bathrooms are quite messy though. I usually see the toilets full of toilet paper or just toilet paper on the ground. The sensors for water to wash your hands are not sensitive so it take a while for it to turn on. I wish they provided paper towels instead of the air blower. There's usually plenty of parking. I see a few restaurants around. Most of them are fast foods though. We recommend coming here for the deals if you ever go towards this way. read more

No high end stores but many that I like - Kate Spade, Coach, Nike, Old Navy, Aeropostale, Cotton On and H&M. So convenient to have Coach next to Kate Spade. Right now the food court is closed and your only options for food are an understaffed Subway, Auntie Anne's and a smoothie place. Many store spaces were vacant, impacted by Covid I'm guessing. It was not busy the day I went. I appreciate the covered parking spaces on the southwestern side. If I'm in the area, I'll plan on stopping by these outlets. read more

We've driven by without stopping until a couple of years ago. It's a much smaller footprint than the Desert Hills Premium outlets in Cabazon. That being said we've come here most recently for two specific stores: 1). Columbia and 2) Nike. You'd be surprised. Inventory varies from location to location. I'd been looking for my favorite Nike cross training shoe. The Cabazon location didn't have it. So heading back to the Bay Area on I-5 North I spotted the Nike swoosh at Tejon. BIL said we're not in a rush. We'll stop. We made a comfort stop at the TA first. Then came over. Sis & I made a beeline to Nike. Yes you guessed it. They had my favorite shoe. And it was reduced 75% off retail. Then we headed over next to Columbia Sportswear. Lots of inventory but they didn't have the PFG hoodie that the Cabazon location carried. Ample outdoor parking and EV stations too. My only con - the Nike employee had an age gender bias. He asked two different customers if they had a Nike membership. Then my turn. He neglected to ask me. I initiated I had a Nike membership. Oh. What's my Nike #. Dunno. I keyed in my email address for him. A few days later I go online to my Nike profile. There's no Nike #. Dunno what his issue was. read more

Heaven!!! I love SOME outlet malls and this one was perfectly located! I always like when they are right off of the highway and not behind, down, around and to the left Lots of people and parking which was easy to find considering it was a Holiday weekend. I only had one issue and that was at the Starbucks so I'll vent on that site. Overall, if you're ever heading to or our of Bakersfield, I do recommend stopping here to shop. Eh, it was okay. Nothing special. Caught a couple of deals for MDW. The outlets have potential. I wish there were more stores and bathrooms. EV charging: if you have a Tesla or the adapter you are fine as there are various chargers. However, if you have a regular EV, there is only Shell Recharge level 2 chargers. You have to download the app and create an account before using the chargers and they are faulty. The rates are cheap but of course the charging is ridiculously slow. read more

Driving to LA and needed to charge my Tesla. The outlet has a ton of Tesla chargers so which is great. There is no waiting. Since we stopped and needed to wait, I had time to do a little shopping. Stopped by the Mike outlet for some shoes. They have a great fountain right in front with seats. There were not a lot of food choices but they offset that by having a couple of food trucks. It's great they they support small business. The bathrooms were also very clean. All in all this will be a stop for each journey to and from Los Angeles read more

The outlets had a good selection of low to mid range brands with large discounts from 30-70% I felt like the spaces and lighting did not complement the brands. In many stores there was way too much room - making the space feel empty and sterile. The lighting was either too dull or placed in spaces that did not really work with the clothing layout. I felt like the shelving and a lot of the flooring were run down and needed a paint job or pop of color of some sort. The employees seemed tired and disconnected, almost like a ghost town. I didn't dislike the outlet, but I cannot say I enjoyed it. read more

Wife and I went on Saturday and glad we chose here opposed to other "localish" outlets near us (Gilroy, Tulare). The best thing I noticed was and as expected was not nearly as crowded as the two mentioned before. We went around 11am and it was just nice, easy pace. The best deals I got I thought were pretty good from Calvin Kline, Express, Kate Spade. Other good deals at American Eagle, Old Navy. Also, it's clean and kept up with. Clean, big restrooms on both sides of the malls. I guess my only real gripe is that there isn't much eating spots within the actual mall. Yes, there's plenty as you drive outside but only a pizza place, subway, and Cinnabon while shopping. read more
