I will never spend a single penny with this company. I travel extensively for work. I was passing through Wheeler Ridge on 04/05/2025. I have a watch with a metal bracelet, that needs to be fitted for me, and a watch that needs a replacement battery. I found Kevin Jewelers on Apple Maps. According to their page they open at 09:00. I figured that was incorrect, because they are inside an outlet mall. So I called the store to find out their hours. The message told me I called outside their store hours, and to call back during business hours. That's great if the message told you what the business hours were, it did not. The mall opened at 10:00 am. I figured it was a safe bet that Kevin's would be open. This was at 11:00 and they were still closed. According to the very friendly, and helpful gentleman in guest services for the mall all the stores are to be opened at 10:00 am unless they notify the mall of a problem. The mall was never notified of any issues. The store finally opened at 11:30. They informed me very (rudely I would add) that they cannot change a battery or adjust my watch bracelet. First because I didn't purchase the watch from them. Then it changed to because they don't have a jeweler. I told them if they answered their phone I could have saved a trip. The woman told me over and over that I didn't call. She basically called me a liar. The staff here were very rude, and unprofessional. I came here to buy some diamond studs for my wife a couple of weekends ago. They had a very good selection. There were different cuts, and sizes too. Prices were very low, I assume some of this is due to the Holiday season. The person who helped me showed several sets of studs, some he showed me more than once. After I settled on a set I paid half cash and put the other half on a Visa card. Not once did they ask me or pressure me to apply for a Kevin credit card. Honestly I don't even know if they have one. I told the gentleman how I was going to pay when I approached the counter. Kevin is recommended by me, I was in here for just under thirty minutes, and left with my gift wrapped and all. Good service, good selection, and excellent pricing. So much more professional than our recent fiasco with Jared in Bakersfield. I will return. read more

Tejon Outlets. My husband & I went in on Thanksgiving week. Bullova watches were 50% off. My husband found one he wanted & we were going to purchase but it was the only one & was not running. The manager said it needed a battery. She would have their jeweler replace the battery & give us a call. Fast forward a few weeks after no call we drove out again. The watch was still there & still not working, spoke to the same manager/person. The jeweler was there & replaced the battery. We were all set to purchase however she would have to call the District Manager to see if they would honor the price. The answer was no. Fine, you have lost our family as customers. On the bright side Kohls jewelry department is selling the same watch for less than the original sale price plus you get Kohls cash for every $50 spent. Your loss & our gain. read more

One Star minus one Star. Zero Stars!!!! Worst experience ever. Huge mistake made by staff. Was charged hundreds of dollars extra. Then they just giggled about it like Oh no big deal. Worst customer service. It was almost as if they were trying to steal money from me but I caught it. Why would a retailer swipe my card then still ask me to insert card because of chip. Or is it that they are in retail/ sales and are not capable of figuring out a register. Train your staff better. I recommend anyone going to this establishment to always check prices. After starting at the other jewelry store at Tejon outlets, we had almost given up looking for rings that day, but went in to Kevin jewelers and had such a great experience. They had a great selection and exactly what we were looking for. The store was well-stocked with so many different types of jewelry, anyone could find what they were looking for there. Jackie took out a large selection for us to choose from. We were a little undecided but Jackie had a good day and was knowledgeable so we went with her decision and we're glad we did. The prices were well below what we were expecting, so we were very excited. Jackie and Karina you're so knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, that we will definitely be back, and refer friends. We had first stopped in to the other jewelry store at the outlet Kays. You can see my other review there and why we won't be back to them zero stars if I could for Kay's. My wife found the perfect watch and I also found a beautiful Bulova toubillon watch and the salesperson was very helpful. Since the amount was more than I wanted to pull from my account, I decided to finance it. This is where our purchase began to go awry, it took almost 30 minutes to process, (we have 800+ credit score) they were meeting behind the desk whispering together with the finance person, then they came] and presented me a loan with unemployment insurance, which I declined, then they all huddled back behind the desk came back 15 mins later, this time with insurance on the watch, which I declined, again more huddling behind the desk and 15 more minutes now we are at 1 1/2 hours. And now the loan comes back financed at full price without the discount, they claimed that sale prices are void when financed. I informed them that financing has nothing to do with the discount price. I signed the agreement then sent a complaint to customer service citing FTC regulations. They immediately agreed and sent me back to the store a fews weeks later for the discount....which took another 1 1/2 hours!!!! read more

Whoever my mom and I spoke to on the phone today has the most disgusting attitude and horrible customer service and what's worse is that I believe she was the store manager but gave me a false name. And acted like the store manager wasn't there at the moment. My mom has brought a ring which she bought from this location at tejón outlets, to get it fixed because the pearl has come loose and eventually came off and lost. She brought this ring in WAY before Christmas for a fix and today she called and wanted to speak to the store manager only to tell her that they are keeping the ring and reimbursing her only part of the money she payed for it. She does not want her money back, she simply wants her ring that is payed for because it belongs to her. This lady (whatever her name is) either Teresa or April hangs up on her in mid conversation. She tries to call back and no answer. About an hour later I call back and I demanded to know who their district manager's was and she says they don't have one. She knew I was calling on behalf of my mother to try to find a solution to this because she admitted that she already spoke to her, I asked her name and she said "my name is uhhh, April". She gave me a false name, and told me that if I wanted to complain, to go to their website and hung up once again. I tried calling back and she's intentionally not picking up my calls. I had to call from a different number seconds later to get this store to answer. I spoke with another woman named Victoria but still got no where with these people. The fact that I had to call from a different number to have someone pick up is just absurd. And honestly, what kind of person who holds that position hangs up on their customers and refuses to answer their calls after. I don't know what kind of store these people are trying to run but this company should be embarrassed to have someone like this person to be in charge.
