In Summer months, they visit 4 times a month and in the Winter, they only visit 2 times a month, all for the same price. I was not made aware of this in advance. So I simply asked the owner if they could do some minor hedge and shrub trimming during just 1 visit during those Winter months. He said "That's extra. Sure, I will come over and give you a quote." Really? It is not normal to expect the same pay for half of the work, regardless of the weather. Somehow in the owner's world, he thinks this is a fair business practice. When I told the owner his services were no longer needed, he decided to bother and troll me on my neighborhood's social media page. I had to block him. Then obviously, his friends/family joined in on the trolling. Again, all blocked. In return, I could act similar and dox him and link his civil/criminal public records for all to enjoy. I won't. I'm an adult and can move on from a negative experience. It is unfortunate the owner had great difficulty doing the same. I was just hoping for a decent lawn service for 52 weeks a year, not a trip back to the juvenile bullying of middle school...

They come out whenever they are scheduled & the owner will communicate with you fairly quickly via text or call if there is a scheduling conflict (natural disaster, etc.). Very responsive.
