First…read morecouple jobs went ok but then we had all kinds of issues getting in touch with them for services they booked. They then missed scheduled appointments on multiple occasions stating issues with their phone. However their phone always works just fine when it comes to questions or requests for payments. Recently we paid a job they said was completed a couple days before and kindly made an upfront payment per their request for another job that was scheduled the following day which is something we dont usually do (pay for a job prior to completion) but made an exception in good faith. We then received a call from a tenant stating the job this vendor said they completed never actually got done, and the job we paid them up front for they never showed up to. As you will see in our screenshot conversation we have now been communicating with them for over a week trying to get an explanation on whats going on with no response at all. At the time of writing this we actually could see they were on line at the time on thumbtack, attempted to reach them there, and never got a response either. The person in charge of this company is a gentleman named Aj or Anthony Quinn. But as far as business practices i would not recommend this company AT ALL. We are now taking an out of pocket loss without a single response in regard to what happened for over a week now, and have to deal with very upset tenants and clients as well. We are a national company so we deal with vendors all over the USA. With that being said this particular vendor was 100% paid in full and paid on time for every job completed for us. Throwing that out there before any kind of excuses or replies indicating otherwise are presented. Please dont be deceived by their politeness or words leading you to believe they do good business.
