They don't know what they're doing. Charged me $150 to transfer files from old hard drives onto a…read morenew one. For me to open the files, the contents of the hard drives should have been dragged onto the desktop of a Mac first then onto the new hard drive. The dragged the audio files directly onto the new hard drive and now they won't open. I went back to the store and had them drag a Pro-Tools session file onto the desktop of the Mac that they used to do the original transfer. Took the hd home and was able to open the files. So I called and told them that transferring the files that way worked. But now they don't want to re-transfer the files the correct way or refund me. Total rip off.
