Update to My Review:…read more I want to publicly note that I have now formally contacted ownership directly via email regarding the damage to my brand-new Hugo Boss suit that was serviced here. Hugo Boss has since confirmed in writing that the suit was permanently destroyed after being immersed in water and then dry cleaned, a process that is explicitly prohibited and irreversible. This is not a matter that can be corrected with additional cleaning. Because I was traveling and live out of state, returning immediately was not possible, and the damage required me to purchase a replacement suit for work. This suit also carried significant personal meaning, as it was a gift from my wife in recognition of my retirement from the U.S. Army after more than 20 years of service. The business has now been provided: * Manufacturer confirmation of permanent damage * Proof of replacement cost * Direct contact information for Hugo Boss I expect immediate follow-up and resolution. I am documenting this here to reflect that ownership has been formally notified and that I am awaiting their response.

I didn't see a station where I could get their card to put money on. So, I was trying to use my debit card to start the washing machines. They weren't starting. So, I noticed an employee. I asked him if he knew how to work the machines? He said yes, rolled his eyes, didn't bother to show me, and kept on moving. Then, there was a customer getting loud in there asking someone/whoever had clothes in a particular dryer if he could use it or if they could take their clothes out of it. No one responded to him... maybe because whoever was using that dryer probably stepped out. I don't know how the spotlight got onto me for that, but it did when I just got there and hadn't even started washing my clothes yet. He continued on yelling and ranting stating that people hear him asking whose clothes were in that dryer and nobody is saying anything. I raised my voice and told him I just got there and haven't even gotten a chance to even use a dryer yet. He responded... "Good!" I don't have time for this rudeness and nonsense especially after spending $100 in there. There's $11 left on my card with them. I want it all back on my debit card. I will NEVER EVER go back to THAT particular laundromat. I will also make sure to let anyone who is wanting to go there know how rude and disrespectful they are over there and recommend they just go across the street.

On top of the extensiveness of the alterations, the fabric of my dress is incredibly delicate and intricate, so I'm sure it was a challenge to work with. Tina and the other staff here are some of the nicest people. She said that they put love into their work, and both my parents and I could not have agreed more. They were kind and attentive and you can tell how much care they put into their work both during measurements and their masterful sewing. Beyond just doing the alterations, Tina made sure my mom and I felt comfortable putting up the bustle for my dress and teaching me how to sit in a chair without pulling on it. Every detail was thought of. We were incredibly impressed. Their work is actual magic! One appointment for measurements and one appointment to try it on and it was an absolute perfect fit. I will absolutely be coming back for any clothing that I need altered in the future.
