Took my work shirts here and showed them the spots when dropping off. They said ok and took them in. When I went to pick up I paid $35 to be told my spots won't come out on the first try. They will have to be brought back to try again? So your not going to your job the first time but you want to charge me full price? I'm not falling for your money grab again. I have been going to this drycleaner for years since it's close to home and was surprised that it's now an automated 24/7 service, there is no attendant present to help, and you pretty much do everything via two screens that prompt you! Beware!!! I took two suit jackets to be drycleaned and was charged $51.75. No prices listed anywhere, nothing! You literally go in and have two screens, bags to put laundry in and go through the prompts to drop off and pick up your clothes. So, if you are expecting customer service, you don't get it here!!! Also, the alteration portion is now gone. Honestly, for these prices, you at least should get some sort of customer service. Won't be back here again, honestly felt robbed. I was shocked when I got the bill for 4 items (3 short sleeve shirts and 1 pant) only 1 of which were dry cleaned. It was a whopping $35! None of the items had stains and basically only needed ironing. They don't tell you how much it will be until after you pick up. When I questioned the charges I also got an attitude. So I'll start by saying that I did not have any complaints with my clothing. That being said, I didn't feel like Best Cleaners went out of their way enough to advertise that they are an "eco-friendly" dry cleaner. The only reason I point that out is because I paid $26 for 3 pairs of pants and 2 shirts. Is part of it my fault for failing to ask for the pricing up front? Absolutely! We took some clothes for cleaning (7 items). They didn't had any price list or anything. My wife asked for a price estimate for the clothes and the lady old her approximately 5$ for dress and $ for a shirt. That was cheaper than our old place so we left the clothes. When I came back to pick it up, I was surprised to find out that the bill is 70$ almost. When I called the manager to ask why do I pay double of whatever my wife has been told, she's not sure why the lady at the shop told us those prices and probably it's the "language barrier". I would only suggest getting you shirts pressed here. My shirts didn't have stains, also i didn't use the delivery service so my review may not be helpful regarding those two aspects. However i did use the tailoring and dry cleaning service. I brought my dress shirts in due to the urgency of starting a new position within the company I work for and needed a quick a professional job done. The people were fairly nice however they were very unclear about what the cost would be, and none of the prices are listed in the store or online. I paid for my shirts that i received and it turned out to be about $120 (plus tax) overall, for 6 shirts maybe (adjusted one cuff length on the sleeve) and 2 pants (dry clean only). I was pretty shocked to see the pricing (and so did the employee), but paid regardless. The thing that really gave this place one star was when i politely reached out to them to provide feedback about the pricing. I felt very much like I was being talked to, not like I was being heard. Over the 15-ish minute phone call I maybe got to speak about 2 or 3 minutes and at that point was very tired of the feeling, so I just said whatever it took to get the gentleman (Gary) off the phone. He was constantly referencing things that I should've done, or could've done to make my experience better instead of anticipating future customer needs. Then afterwards justifying the price of adjusting the garment (which I clarified the price point wasn't the issue just the level of clarity and openness with there business). There are several places around town that can give a in-person estimate at the time of drop off without having you wait for a quote or missing your shirt for several days. I highly recommend them for getting your adjustments done. Even though I am still somewhat unsure what I paid for the dry cleaning service my shirts were done nicely but I think it was about $5 an item, which you can find many areas located shorty outside of the doctor phillips area that can do them for about $2 an item with a comparable quality. This place is a little pricey, but funnily enough, they get things done a lot faster than the other property over by Windermere. If you bring things in, just be very aware of their hours. They close pretty early daily so make sure you're always aware of the time! Like just today when I was leaving Publix right next store, I saw a man walking grab his belongings. I noticed it was 5 minutes after 3 PM and sure enough, he pulled on the handle and it was locked. So again, I can't urge you enough to know their hours. They close early on the weekdays and even earlier on the weekends. I don't think they're even open on Sunday's! read more

I recently moved to the Orlando area and found myself needed a dry cleaner for a silk dress. I found Best Cleaners in the list of dry cleaners near me and was put off by some of the reviews, but decided to have faith as there's always negative Nancys out there. I dropped off my dress and has to sign a release as it has foil sewn into the fabric and they didn't want to be responsible for any damages--understandable, but that definitely made me nervous. I just picked up my dress today and was told that according to the cleaner, they weren't able to remove all the stains without damaging the dress. I said that was fine, and understood, paid my bill (~$12...I was quoted $11-12). When I got to my car I checked over where the stains were AND THEY WERE ALL GONE. Every. Single. One. I guess they were just trying to cover their butts just in case, but my dress came back perfect! I even checked when I got home in better lighting and still..AMAZING! I will DEFINITELY be returning here in the future. Before you go off of bad reviews, take into consideration what those "bad" ones have to say. I'm so glad I chose Best Cleaners. read more

DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!! This cleaners does the worst job of any shirt cleaning I've experienced in 45 years of having my shirts laundered and pressed. The pockets have been destroyed with permanent wrinkles that I cannot get out. I've actually brought back 5 shirts 4 times now! The staff does not care. The sleeves are bunched and clipped together to promote more wrinkling. One shirt came back with black stains embedded that they could not get out. Anyone know of a good dry cleaner in the area. Disappointing service to say the least. I took a few pairs of new dress pants in to be hemmed up and one pair was done incorrectly. Upon arrival after the correction I was pressured to pay (again) to correct the original mistake. In my opinion, when you ask to have pants hemmed to a certain length and that isn't done, you shouldn't be asked to pay for a job done incorrectly. It was a frustrating experience. Worst part is after picking up the pants for the SECOND TIME they still were 3 inches too long. Celebration resident and will not go back. EVER! I would not trust best cleaners with anything of value. I have had very good experiences with my shirts and trousers over the past year. Good enough that I trusted them with my wedding dress. Big mistake. I was told it would be ready in week and cleaned by "the plant in Orlando". When I arrived to pick it up, I was told it wasn't there and it was still at "the plant in Orlando". I came back two days later and was told the same thing. When I asked why, I received a shrug from the girl at the counter. I asked for the manager's number and found out that it was sent to NYC, not Orlando, and usually took 4 weeks to be cleaned, not one. Also, the manager not only didn't know if it had been cleaned and pressed yet, but he also didn't know if it was in NYC still or in transit. Granted, the manager was as helpful as he could be, but he was also dismissive and nonchalant about the problem. He said we can pick up the dress this Friday, so hopefully my dress will be ready as ordered, and I won't be lowering this to a 1 star review. PS - I initially asked them to do some beading repairs to my dress. They wanted $10 per bead. I went elsewhere for my repairs. read more

First experience here, will not be coming back!!! Highly disappointed. They are ridiculously overpriced. We specifically asked what the estimate would be prior to dropping our items off and when we got the bill it was almost double. To make matters worse they couldn't even get a simple make up stain out of an article of clothing. We paid extra for stain removal and it want even done. When we complained they said that would run it again yet it still came back the same way. We sent it back a third time and they were supposed to call us when it was ready for pick up yet we waited a week and got no phone call. When we finally went to pick it up it looked the same as it did when we dropped it off the first time. No refunds and no apologies. It really needs to be better advertised that they are all natural. This is my preferred dry cleaner compared to the one inside celebration. They have deals that you can get offline or texted to your phone. They don't do a lot/aren't able to do a lot of tailoring. I asked them to fix a dress once and it was returned in the same condition saying the tailor didn't do that material. Overall convenient nothing really major to say negatively. read more

The pricing, turn around time, and quality of work are everything I expected and more. Typically, dry-cleaning services are moderately priced to somewhat expensive. Best Cleaners are competitively priced AND they offer a 25% off from jump as long as you sign up for their text message program. On top of that, they give you two additional 25% off coupons when you pick up your clothes! For three pairs of slacks I paid a little over $10 which is the best pricing I've seen so far. The location is perfect, the service is great, and the staff is friendly! What more can you ask for? I know the reviews may have you second guessing this place, but I'm sticking by what I said earlier. Either the bad reviews are wrong or the owner made the changes to turn this place around.
