It's also clear to me that they deeply care about their clients, especially the loyal ones. I had an accident that required that my suit be cleaned and given back to me that same day and the folks at Eleganza Cleaners were more than happy to help. They charged me $39.00 for the clean and $15.60 (40%) for the expedited service; they were upfront about the added cost for said expedited service. The base cost of the clean is a little higher than what you might find at other cleaners, but I think the quality of work you receive well justifies the price. As for the quality of work: it was excellent (see the before and after pictures). The only thing I might note is that there is a strange scent inside the store that, at least for me, is slightly off-putting. The scent does stick to your garment, however, it quickly goes away after use and likely is a result of the cleaning agents that are used (which, by the way, according to the owner, are all natural, environmentally friendly, and of higher quality than what you might find at other locations). Overcharged for a horrible service, took my jacket to remove a stain and he did tell me there's a chance that the stain won't come out which I completely understood. But once I got home and tried on the jacket I noticed that all the down fill inside the jacket had been pushed over to one side, along with the metal logo on the jacket being damaged; I don't understand why you would accept a job if you or your employees have no sense on how to properly handle the jacket. I wouldn't have made this review but the jacket cost me a lot(which the owner pointed out) and it sucks when you have to come back home to try to fix the mistakes of incompetent, unskilled people. The jacket looked better before taking it in to this place, and I was told otherwise by the owner that he'd make it look better. It's a shame when a business owner can speak so highly of himself and his work, but can't actually show it. read more

Words Can not describe how amazing this cleaning was. They took a messed up stained suit (that was stained by a different cleaning place [Best Cleaners]), and made it PERFECT! on the day of the wedding. People are very friendly. Accurate estimates for time. Work is good quality. I get patches sewn on hats often. They have a place they send my hats to that has a special machine just for that. They come out great. A little pricey for that service but it's worth it. read more

Great dry cleaning service. They definitely charge a premium for their services compared to competitors nearby, but it make sense because they use a far more eco-friendly and non-toxic method of "wet" cleaning as opposed to the traditional method of using PERC, a toxic and carcinogenic substance that is used at most places. I left them a pair of cashmere sweaters to clean, and they had a pretty quick turnaround from Saturday evening to Wednesday. And they weren't satisfied with giving them back to me until they reduced the pilling I had on these sweaters (I hadn't treated them with the best of care for something as delicate as cashmere) and fixed a couple of tiny holes they saw in the sweater (which they used color matching thread for, and I knew came from poor wear). Looked great for my interview and will go here again for any of my "dry" cleaning needs. read more

The price is fair for the quality. I've had some items that were terribly soiled and they cleaned and pressed them back to like new. They offered to sew a button on a shirt if it's missing. Honestly speaking, I've left unhappy more times than I have left happy from this business. Money hungry business tactics that have left me disappointed. The last straw being when they charged me $20 to have 4 shirts washed and pressed - more than double the industry standard for the same service. Before that, I needed some jackets/coats express serviced and they charged me a 30% surcharge to have them ready within two days. When I went to pick up my jackets at the time they promised they weren't even ready. I expressed me disappointment and they were unwilling to refund me the surcharge nor offer any discount on future service. I just feel like they only care about exploiting the customer the most they can and they don't think about long term business relationships. I have been a customer at Eleganza for over a year after basically trying all the other cleaners in the area. They set themselves apart because they are very friendly, attentive to details, careful with delicate materials and thorough in their cleaning. I have to dress formally for work when visiting my clients which means I have dry cleaning almost every week, I have had innumerable occasions to put them to the test and not once have they damaged any of my suits.
