I came in at 7:25 pm during a weeknight (M-Thursday last wash is at 7:30 pm) and this employee proceeded to tell me I couldn't use the machine I was placing clothes in b/c it would take 40 minutes. Even after I told her several times I wasn't drying those clothes she continued - mind you they close at 9:00 pm - so if I wanted to wash & dry I would've had enough time to do both. I would've never made this review if it wouldn't have been that I discovered she lied to me about her name! She obviously knew she was doing something she is NOT allowed to do to customers & thought that by giving a fake name I wouldn't find out! Now if I could give another review for the other employees who are FANTASTIC - Nicole & Noemi - they deserve 5 STARS!!!! Nicole & Noemi are always so helpful, kind, generous with advice and truly sweet. Nicole & Noemi know what it is to provide good customer service in a very uncomfortable environment & even joke & laugh with customers. So go wash on the days Nicole or Noemi are working - any day that's NOT Wednesday afternoon/evening & just stay away from Juana/Mercedes or whatever the liar wants to call herself.

I had to take it to a proper tailor to fix the damage, and they were shocked at how badly it was handled. Not only did it still fit poorly, but so many things were done incorrectly. It ended up costing far more than I'd planned. They might be fine for dry cleaning, but absolutely do not trust them with alterations if you care about the outcome.

It's nice to have a one stop shop for my clothing. I will definitely return for more dry cleaning needs.

In addition to the dry cleaning I have also used the alterations service and everything was excellent. Most recently, I took in some Nike tennis shorts that were practically new. They were all identical except for the color but, for some reason, every pair had a faulty zipper that needed to be replaced. It was cheaper to get new zippers rather than replace the shorts at $70 a pop. As usual, it was an excellent job, however, I was blown away that not only did they replace the zippers but they matched all the varying colors perfectly. I had even said not to worry about matching the colors because you can't see the zipper and some of the colors were not easy to match. It took a little more time but going the extra mile was totally worth it!
