Right after the inspection, they had a detailed report ready for me to download. The only issue was that their service came with a Porch membership that I didn't like. Porch kept spamming me with calls/emails and the attitude of their salespeople was very scammy. They tried to smooth-talk me into accepting their services without providing detailed information on the cost. When I asked for a breakdown of the cost, the customer representative put me on hold forever to teach me a lesson in his small mind.
