Then the owner tried gaslighting us and telling us it was "the color of the bricks and the sealant brings out the dark". But there is no black in the bricks, the black is black mold down in the porous brick that wasn't properly pressure washed out. As if we haven't lived here eight years and had it done in the past properly and know better. Now we will have to have someone out to remove all their sealant, actually clean the patio, and reseal it again. Thanks for nothing. I've also uploaded a comparison picture of what our patio looks like cleaned properly. Two tone stone.

They contacted me within a day, came out and gave me an estimate for the repairs that were necessary. Several days later they started the tear out and repair. In the process, they recommended applying stucco to the exterior face instead of new plywood and also pvc boards to the interior face and bottom plate. After this was completed they sent a painter out to paint the stucco to match existing house color. I couldnt be happier with the results. Communication rating 10, Clean up 10, Timeliness 10, and Salesperson 10. Highly recommend

After coming to terms over the numbers, budget and schedule, we hired him to do the job. There was a rain delay of two days because of the summer down pours. The front office called each time and was communicating. They even came out on a Saturday to get the job completed. The crew was professional, communication was great as they walked through the job after completing and went over the details. The craftsmanship was very detailed. I've worked with many contractors and this crew paid attention to the details. Downspouts were placed properly and symmetrical to the house. Gutters look flawless on the roof line. They took the effort and time to make it look seamless. It was a clean installation and the quality is apparent. Had our first heavy rain after the crew left and I watched the system at work. No more runoff. Tight water flow. I researched and had 10 plus estimates done on this project. Josh was professional and wanted our business. This is important as the quality is there when they want the job. Pricing was fair and competitive. I'm actually glad I went with them and not the absolute cheapest as sometimes you get what you pay for. Hire these guys. My neighborhood used another company and I can see the difference in quality as my gutters look better.

We had so many roofing companies knock on our door telling us that we needed a new roof based on what they arw seeing from the ground. We called Aries and upon their inspection, they said that we only needed to fix one side, which had the most damage and the rest of the roof has five more years left. They gave us an estimate, which we thought was pretty reasonable compared to the other 2 quotes we obtained. We proceeded to select the color. On installation day, they noticed that the color we previously selected didn't really match the existing roof given its age. They no longer make the existing roof that we have so we had to find the closest match. Instead of just going with what we picked installing it and saying hey that's what they picked anyway , they took an extra step to make sure that all sections of the roof matched. We also had to change the location of solar power dock and they did it for us for no extra charge. They're great to deal with very professional, timely, and accommodating. If you are in the market for a new roof or a repair, I highly recommend Arry's.
