If I could give zero stars I would. The did a horrible job at our house and when asked to come out to review the job, they were extremely rude. We are in st Pete beach and were told that it's not convenient for them to come back. When pressed they finally came back. Their person came back and when I asked him if the drain spout looked good, he said no but refused to fix anything. I paid him and told him to leave. Absolutely terrible customer service(rude on phone) and terrible finish work. Don't use them. read more

MD Seamless Gutters did a great job! They showed up at the scheduled date and time and got the job done in about 4 hours on a 3200 sq ft single story house. The gutters look great. We decided to go with the more expensive 7" gutters due to the large roof and overhang of tile at the fascia. Summer of 2019 my condominium association contracted with MD Seamless Gutter for new gutters. I experienced a leak in my covered patio which I was told was due to a clog gutter and build up of leaves. Mike, who I believe is the owner, said they would take care of the problem by cleaning out the gutter, doing some downspout replacement or repair and install a mesh leaf guard. During a late summer storm the gutter guard and part of a door spout come off and part of the guard was left hanging from the gutter. I called the condo manager and the problem appeared to be handled, until the next storm when the screen started banging a could be seen protruding over the gutter. I saw Mike on the property and told him about the problem. He assured me he would take care of the problem. Still nothing happened. After three emails to the association manager and nothing was repaired. I called and was told the association withheld payment to GL Seamless until certain repairs were made. I contacted GL Seamless, after a few of calls Kelly set an appointment for Mike to come out. Nobody showed up and no call. I was told the appointment would be rescheduled and I would be contacted. After a couple of weeks and hearing no thing I called back and left Kelly a message. After no call baccarat I called again. I was told they weren't doing any work in my area right now. She would call regarding an appointment the following week, this is their slow time of the year... MD Seamless' office staff and Mike were always polite and professional... just impossible to get repairs done or have them show up for scheduled appointment. Gutter guard loose and hanging presents a potential liability issue. I can't really wait a couple of weeks and take the chance GL Seamless Gutter will leave me hanging again. Confusing company.They no showed on the initial appointment to come to the house. When I called, a very friendly lady was apologetic. She said she would get someone out in 30 min. All was forgiven in my mind when someone showed up as promised. He seemed very knowledgable and assured me hey could take care of it. He mentioned several times that they appreciate reviews; I agreed to write one. I asked how to move forward with scheduling the job, and he advised (and repeated) that the office would call and get me scheduled. That was one week ago today...never heard from them again. Very disappointing as i thought i found a great local business (challenging to do out in Land O Lakes). Meanwhile, im back to square one on my repair work. read more

I booked an appointment with MD Seamless Gutters for putting in new gutters. They gave a reasonable estimate earlier and pretty much stuck with that all along and arrived right on time. No surprises! The gutter downspouts that they got did not match the wall color but they made some calls and quickly got it on site. End to end completed all the work in 4 hrs. Great job! I even had them do some extra gutters for garage roof which was not in the original estimate and they got it done quickly. The Gutters look neat and works great, correctly catching all the rain water from roof and pushing all the water away from the foundation, which is exactly what I was looking for.. Overall, enjoyed working with this company. I would greatly recommend their services to anyone who need their gutters installed or reworked. read more

someone was supposed to come to our house between 12 and 2. no one ever showed and never called to explain why. I called the company at 3 pm asking why. was told they would try to find out what happened and never got a call back. I then called back at 5pm to be given no explanation and asked to reschedule...I asked for some type of discount for the inconvenience of wasting my day away waiting and they said 10 dollars off...?. I'm not happy. Who's to say if I reschedule they will even show up? read more
