Since Day 1, I have been happy with that decision. The work ethic is apparent of not only teachers but especially the staff. Ms Anita and Ms Jenn are super accommodating, loving, flexible, enthusiastic, etc etc etc. In addition, when my daughters had trouble acclimating in the beginning, they made it a point to walk them down to their classroom and were super hands-on. One day Ms Anita heard my daughter saying she had a bad day and she immediately walked down the hall to ask her why and comfort her. I could go on and on and on. The children's days are filled with writing and reading and puzzles and hands-on activities, as well as yummy snacks and lunches and nap time! All in all an A+ according to me! oh and I should also add that whenever I email Ms Jenn she is on it. She responds fast and is ready to answer any questions or give me feedback. Love love love! Our first attempt at a larger center didn't work out so well but Natalie and Judy really worked at helping our son feel at home and did so in a very short period of time. Now at 13 months, he's developing so much and I believe the environment at this daycare really promotes a lot of positive growth, especially in his socialization skills and his fine motor activity thanks to the creative play and cheerful, upbeat personalities at work. This was the first daycare for my 13 month old and this has been the worst experience EVER! The…read moreowner Vivian Rosario was very sweet initially and I was excited about my child starting. However; after it was apparent that my child was not adjusting to being at this daycare, I would CONSTANTLY receive complaints from the owner, stating my child was a headache hindrance as if he was doing this on purpose, not taking it in consideration that this is FIRST DAYCARE experience. She fussed non-stop and it was hard on me to deal with as a first time parent. My son did not cry with her assistants (one of the assistants because being her daughter) but in her presence, he would cry. The owner's demeanor is stern and NOT nurturing at all. She even said it at one of the parent teacher meetings that the other children feared her and would do as she said she liked to yell and didn't "play". While some of the parents loved her structure, it scared me for my child. She didn't like that I questioned her and the staff so she ultimately kicked my child out via text message and said he was best for a nanny bc he cried to much. Don't get me wrong some parents loved her. But if your child cries and is not use to daycare, don't go to her because she definitely wasn't considerate and didn't care about mine. I am grateful he is no longer there and now he happy.
