The staff at CHS is horrendous I went for only a year, got put in there disciplinary school with lies of me coming back full time. The head of the child study team told me I would come back for two more classes every marking period and then decides out of no where to have a break from chs and be full time at the disciplinary school before coming back FOR ONLY ONE CLASS each time (lets just say they wanted me to screw up). I had to finish highschool at Saint patricks to get an actual diploma and finish full time under a primary school program. The faculty at the disciplinary school was more then helpful in setting my head on straight though, really good people there. The highschool staff does not have your child's best interest in mind and focus on what will make their school look better instead. They never let me take electives pertaining to graphic design which I now have to take in college, because they told me thats not what I needed even though it's my major now.... lmao yup this place sucks, if you're child is not a stereo typical suburban type and shows any form of individuality they will give your kid a hard time.

On Sundays mom can watch mass on Cranford's cable TV 35, Eucharistic Ministers are available to bring Communion to our home for her. Through the years St Michael's has kept with the times according to directives from the Vatican. These changes, some of them physical, have not changed the basic modified Romanesque architecture. The priest will come to the home to administer the sacraments. Moreover weather you are a Parish member or a visiting guest, St Michael's feels like home. This is due to the welcoming nature of the clergy on down to the young people who volunteer their time to help out.

I found this on the website on approved daycare centers registered with the state that have active…read moreand current licenses. I called to check them out over the phone and get a feel for them. I was instantly pleased when they answered with a very happy and energetic voice! The owners name is Nancy and she is an absolute doll! She asked me when I'd like to go in and look at the center to see what they do and how they interact w the kids. When I got there I found that this day care is in a house! How awesome! The kids won't feel as if they are in "school" exactly because it was something that my son was definitely not ready for. It still has that family feel to it. The parking lot is in the back on the center. It had a yard for the kids to play in with plenty of toys. I went inside and I soon as I walked in I can feel the energy. The not and laughter of the kids was calming to me. Nobody was crying out sad. Nancy has two assistants that help her throughout the day. Well Nancy and I sat down and she gave me all the information about the center. The prices were the most reasonable than any other reputable place on the area with the same atmosphere. I decided to send my son here. He ended up going for about 3 years until he started kindergarten. My son did not want to stop going!! I have made lifetime friends here. Nancy and I are still friends. One of her teachers became one of my best friends. And my son made a great friend. His friends mom is also a good friend that I made there. We still visit from time to time and send cards and pictures every year. This center will quickly make you feel like family. My son stopped going the years ago and he still wants to go visit all the time. I never had any problems here. This place is top notch as good is it gets!!!

The best decision we have made was to enroll our son into Connecticut Farms Church Nursery School…read more He started last year part time for preschool and this year he is in full time pre-k there. The school has been wonderful! It is small so you really get to know everyone there and it is obvious they all care so much about the children. They focus on learning through play and also have additional enrichments like guest readers, a dentist that visits to talk about oral health, fire station trip, etc. My son is learning to write upper and lower case letters and numbers this year and is doing so well! They have a lovely outdoor playground and an indoor gym so the kids can run and play even in inclement weather. They really make learning fun and engaging for the kids and my son is so happy and excited to go to school each day. I would absolutely (and have!) recommended CFCNS to anyone with a preschool or pre-k aged child. I can't wait until my younger child can attend here as well!
