I ordered 2 garage doors and a chain driven power door opener to be replaced. I asked that the parts that were getting replace from the driveway guys that hit my house with their bobcat. They never came back to be left on the premise, I have intentions to reuse the old doors in my shed.
I seen on the contact they were removing everything, I called Paul B the salesman and was told not to worry about it. So they left the doors, and took every piece of aluminum: screws, hinges, and the old door locks, the bent angle iron stock, that was going to court for the Driveway Guys.
Do you know after spending over $4,000.00 for the replacement garage doors don't come with locks.
I use an outdoor generator through the garage and since I had to wait for over a month to order and replace the garage door operator With the doors, now I can't lock my garage door and now can't lock my house.
Two years ago, I purchased an awning from them. After installation, the awning is all wrinkled when it rolls up. The made appointments with me to look at it. They never came, so I learned to live with it.
So if you want to do business with a company that you get what they give you, not listen to the customer request s, this is your company.
