Joe and Mary are helpful and knowledgeable and put no pressure on you. Mary even encourages you to take fabric samples home before committing to a purchase. Joe and his colleague delivered our sofa and took away our old one. We have many narrow doors and stairs to negotiate and they did the job so carefully and with such patience. He even pulled different colored recliners out of boxes to help me find the exact color that would match the room. We had a hard time deciding between two colors and when I called the morning of the delivery to give my color choice and said I was still struggling, the woman I spoke to said they would load both colors so I can see both colors in the room to make my final decision!
