I happily give ERA Credit 5 stars. Wish I could give more…read more I knew my credit needed repair but didn't know the first thing about how to fix it. I Googled 'credit repair' and got back thousands of results - attorneys, bureaus, experts... and zero idea who to go with. I wanted a 'human' who would take the time to talk to me and really examine my credit, not just run me through some cookie-cutter set of repair procedures. So I picked ERA Credit services because they had good Yelp reviews - most others had either no reviews or they were bad. Turned out that I made a great decision. I called and reached Dale. He was at a credit education conference out of state and still took the time to talk to me. There was no pressure to buy anything; in fact, he didn't even mention paying for his services until we exchanged a few emails and determined I was a good match for what he offered. I ended up paying for his services a few months ago and my credit has already improved. The reason I write this review today is that yesterday I got a call from Chase Bank saying someone tried to open a line of credit in my name; it was fraudulent. Dale took my call after hours, and followed up again at 8am the next morning. This guy is great, I trust him.

Boy, was I wrong - reviews do make a difference. Although I was left a-hanging during a crisis where a city water main burst - releasing water of Biblical proportions into my hovel. I was stuck (picture me shaking a fist at the sky) and screaming for help. It seems that my call for help wasn't really unanswered - it just never got to Deryk - the intended party. Because we all work with people that don't escalate things at work and then we wonder how things got to a certain state due to a 'Loss in Translation' So this totally reaffirms the Power of Yelp and reviews....and eating some crow. Deryk actually showed up in person at my house. Then he called the Calvary. As soon as he left - BLAM - I was getting phone calls from everyone (claim adjusters & remediation professionals). Mere minutes after he left!!! Showing to me that Deryk truly cares about customer service. The personal visit was unexpected-and kinda rough- because well - it was a pretty darn rippin' review by any standard. Deryk gets the 4 stars because of the situation - he could have just ignored the rant and let State Farm handle it. But he actually entered the Lion's den - he truly cares about his customers and his business. I portrayed him like my last boss - and he's no where near that...condition. And as a result of that need to correct a wrong - Deryk is making that lion eat bird now. And so I pose this question to you: How many of your insurance agents would walk into a room after getting torn like that? I was wrong - Deryk is a pretty stand up guy. We "got involved" with this firm in early 2017 and it was perhaps THE most dreadful and costly mistake of our adult lives! Their treatment of us certainly qualifies, at least in my mind, as a criminal enterprise! They seem to be organized around the concept of squeezing the MAXIMUM amount of money from their clients! EVERY time we "turned around", they were charging us thousands of dollars for things we don't believe we needed. For example, they said our Family Trust, which we created in 1981 and "updated" in 2005, needed to be "revised". $7,000+ dollars later, we had a "new" Trust, in an unnecessarily expensive binder which turned out seriously deficient. We recently took the Trust to a seminar put on by a professional "Estate Planning" law corporation and they found that it was *deficient* in 10 of the 14 "protective provisions" that every Trust SHOULD have! SO, we spent $7,000+ for a document that is 2/3rds faulty and deficient! I could go on and on, because the Trust is not the only "issue" Jennings "screwed" us on. We, foolishly, let them do our taxes, which ended up costing more than 400% of what we had been paying, per year, for the last several years. And. . YES .. Doug Jennings attended most of the meetings we had with his "people". This is NOT a company I would recommend that anyone become involved with!

My credit was dismal in the mid 500's. I checked out my credit and saw all kinds of derogatories that made my head spin. I talked to my sister who is accountant and she told me no service can help fix your credit because the creditors don't have to take off the marks on your credit if they don't want to. I am too busy and don't know how to write the letters disputing errors or marks on my credit report. I looked on "Yelp" and all I could find was bad things about all the credit repair services in the area. I found "FIT Business Finance" they had a couple of good reviews but only a couple. I shopped around and talked to another credit repair company that wanted to charge me $1500 for each deletion!! If I had that kind of many I wouldn't be in this position in the first place. So I asked Rafael from "Fit" if he could just help repair my credit. He was very knowledgeable and easy to talk to. You can also check your progress from their website. After signing up, I got my a notice from Credit Karma saying my credit score went down from a creditor reporting a late payment. I panicked and called Rafael. He assured me that it was normal. I said I hope so being a skeptic I thought I was wasting my time and money. It has been 2.5 months now and I just checked my credit score and it has gone up a 150 points!!!! One of my scores is a 724! Rafael also saved me thousands on debts I owed that was public record. My Lender told me you have to satisfy all public records before you can get a loan. I never write reviews in Yelp unless it's really good service or bad service. If you are looking to repair your credit definitely call Rafael from "Fit Business Finance" You will not be sorry!
