I just was hung up on by Diamond Quality Cleaning when I asked for an invoice showing either a payment by Riverwood or an invoice. So I think I will never do business with anyone whom can't show me a papertrail. It's a scam used by many people that own multiple occupancy realaste in Napa & Somoma County.

When I questioned him about the $5 increase, he said he was actually going to charge me $40 but took money off b/c there was a mixup on getting back to me about when the jeans were done. He said he was going to charge more b/c the seamstress matched the color of the thread on the hem to the stitching already on the jeans. I thought a seamstress would have basic colors available for their work. This wasn't an unusual color of thread. The actual job done was fine but I wasn't pleased with the hiked price and having to keep calling to see when my jeans would be done. I won't be going back.
