They would screw appointments...their tech/nurse was constantly, openly rude to me...they didn't care. There were SEVERAL instances of their unbelievable behavior...here is one from my letter of complaint to John Couris, president of Tampa General Hospital: "I will NEVER understand why you and your staff treated me the way you did. I did NOTHING wrong...I am happy to share what happened to me in reviews. I went to their clinic in Sun City Center...and that turned out to be a massive nightmare. I'm 65 right now and have never...NEVER met people as inept and rude as the staff that runs this place. It is almost funny it is so bad...but when you are on the receiving end of their nastiness...it is really ugly. Here is just ONE event I endured with these people. 1) My appointment with Dr. Lamielle was for 1 PM 2) I arrived at 12:45, checked-in, told to take a seat (usual stuff) 3) Soon, it is after 2PM so I walk up to the next open window to ask how much longer. 4) The girl says to me "Oh! You are really late!!" 5) I said no, I had been waiting since 12:45. 6) This office manager walks up and points out where I had indeed been checked in. 7) The girl said I missed my appointment but could come back in 6 weeks. (No, I am not kidding...they both told me that.) I was so angry, I just walked away but not before I asked how on earth could I have missed my appointment when I was there, on time and waiting. She told me the doctor did not have time to see me now, but I could come back in 6 weeks. UNBELIEVABLE!!!" To add to this lunacy, the doctor actually called me at home, a few days later, at 9PM at night (yep, that late at night) and told me he actually wasn't even in the clinic that day. So...ummmmm...wait a minute here! What the hell is going on? You lied? They lied? Why was I asked to even be there!?!?!? Hopefully, this clinic will shut down or, learn how to deal with patients in an appropriate manner instead of doing what they did to me. They are unprofessional, rude, and clearly incompetent. Sadly, this is the "Shared Purpose Statement" for Tampa General Hospital We heal. We teach. We innovate. Care for everyone. Every day. ...that certainly was NOT my experience with TGMG.

Just because someone is listed on their website doesn't mean they are even in this state. My provider was awesome, so I thought but Dr. Thomas took a job in the administration. It turned out to be a bit of a road trip. Wimauma is a small growing town established by Captain C. H. Davis in 1902. What does the name mean? He named the town with the first few letters of the names of his daughters Will, Maude, and Mary! This medical facility is spotless, new, staffed and has parking. If you want a top cardiologist, I recommend Dr Fernandez if you don't mind waiting months for an appointment. Life is good even with sometimes low blood pressure. Dr Fernandez's simple care, advice and treatment enabled me to live my life without passing out suddenly. What else can I ask for?

I was in a severe auto accident several years ago that caused disc damage along my entire spine, hip issues, neck and shoulder issues, 17 knee surgeries resulting in knee replacements, relentless fibromyalgia and has developed degenerative disc disease. My Dad has been seeing Dr Shahul Riazudeen for 8 plus years. I have heard for years that every…read moretime my Dad has an appointment he waits in the waiting room for approximately an hour. Recently Dr Riazudeen ordered a Vitamin D shot and a PTH, Intact. We received a bill from labcorp for $396.00. It was not covered by Medicare. I called labcorp and questioned why it wasn't covered. Labcorp said Dr Riazudeen didn't code it correctly and I needed to call Dr Riazudeen and ask him to redo the paperwork. Yesterday my Dad had an appointment with Dr Riazudeen. Dr Riazudeen was furious that I/we questioned labcorp about their billing. When my Dad complained about the wait time again in Dr Riazudeen's waiting room, Dr Riazudeen went off on my Dad that the reason he's backed up is because people like Laura call labcorp and then Dr Riazudeen has to deal with labcorp instead of with patients. Dr Riazudeen then told my Dad he needs to pay the bill. Dr Riazudeen went on to say this is Obama's, Biden's and Mitch McConnell's fault and my Dad needs to contact the government. How about coding things correctly and then you don't have to go backwards? To add insult to Injury, my Dad needs 2 stints put in his heart next week. Dr Riazudeen never read the report. Dr Riazudeen wanted to talk about my Dad's PSA and sugar levels. Dr. Riazudeen had no clue about my Dad's heart issues. Patients beware - Dr Riazudeen's wife runs the practice. Between the waiting room times and the paperwork fiascos - it appears the wife had no formal training. We will be finding a new primary care physician. If we receive anymore bullying I'll be reporting this doctor to the American Medical Association.

I was always seen by her nurse practitioner, Dr Maldlnado. At first I felt well taken care of, but it soon changed. She showed me total disregard for my issues I was experiencing, I always bad to initiate my next treatment. I questioned her as to why my Vitamin A was so high, she snarled ''cut your intake in half''.....my current Dr took me off off all my medications with Vitamins A in it. Never went over blood work, Never showed a care for your health, and the last straw was when she treated me with total disrespect for my UTI issues. Another challenge is dealing with the front end women, not very welcoming, and if you have a problem with billing forget it. There are tons of Doctors in this area that treat you with respect and take an active roll in your health. This office is not one of them.!!!!!!!!!!!!
