Worst doctor I think I've been to. I had an appointment and still had to wait almost 30 minutes. I went in for altitude sickness after a trip to Colorado. The doctor looked at me and said "... so you got car sick?" ? I've never seen a more unprofessional group of people in my life. read more

I was in pain. At the 45 minute wait, I finally asked what is taking so long? I was the ONLY ONE IN THERE. No one came in the whole time I was sitting there and there was no one there when I came out! After waiting for an hour, I was taken back and the nurse practitioner almost seemed like she was playing at being a nurse. Cleaned off the wound, put a band aid on it and gave me a prescription. $40 for a copay? Wasn't worth $10!! And they will hit up Medicare for the rest! Unconscionable! Should have gone to the ER. If it weren't for Dr. Dalzell this place would be a last resort. Only go if you have an appointment with Dr. Dalzell! She is a great doctor. She cares about her patients and take time to explain everything well. The other Dr. has a terrible bedside manner. He makes me feel like an idiot whenever I see him, like I am just wasting his time. The woman who is usually at the front won't help you much at all, so don't bother asking her for anything except to make an appointment. The nurses are nice. No matter what you are going to spend at least an hour of your time waiting if not longer, whether you have an appointment or not. read more

Dr. Dalzell and her staff are awesome. They took Covid precautions as well. She really cares about her patients, listens and is a good diagnostician. They accepted both our Original Medicare and Medicaid. Worth the drive from Lakewood Ranch. Glad we found a great urgent care to go to. read more

I was very happy with my experience at this urgent care clinic. I discovered a tick bite overnight and was able to see a nurse practitioner first thing Sunday morning to get the attention I needed. The clinic staff were uniformly helpful, efficient, and very capable. This is a great option for urgent care in Bradenton. read more

Came in for a rapid COVID test, charged double than any other location in the area. Despite testing negative at home before coming down, tested positive at the clinic. Tested negative after that in three other locations. Site is obviously not well-managed and could've disrupted all our plans based on an "false-positive" test! read more

Today was my first visit to this clinic. I came in and right away noticed the light colors on the walls, calming atmosphere, as well as the coffee and water bar. The receptionist was also bilingual. After filling out paperwork i waited appx. 10 minutes before they took my back to get vitals and placed me in the room. I was pleasantly surprised that the room has a little childrens tent with toys as i had my 6 year old with me. This kept him entertained while we waited and while i saw the doctor. The doctor asked a lot of questions and check me out. The total visit time was under 1 hour and they also had the antibiotic i needed there so I didn't have to wait or travel to a pharmacy. David Levy acted as if he was annoyed with the illness I had. I was having diarrhea consistently for about 4 days straight. I then developed a rash on my arm and hemroids from going to the bathroom. I told him I had stomach pain and that I ate octopus soup right before this all started. He then insisted I take a pregnancy test. I said I don't think that's it. He went ahead and asked me to give him a sample for the pregnancy test. Obviously negative. He then told me to let everything run the course. I simply asked him what do I do about hemroids - I'm in pain and he said I had the option to get them cut. Once I agreed he then looked at me very frustrated and said you came in for to many things and walked out of the room and told the nurse " she wants her hemroids cut off now" meanwhile I was very patient the entire time they had no other patients in the waiting room. Prior waiting in the waiting room I went to the bathroom and I saw David texting on his cell phone. I couldn't understand why I had to wait to be seen if everyone was idle. I am very displeased with how rude he ended up being and I ended up walking out without treatment and I script for Nausea which I didn't need. I will not recommend this place. And to top it off NO doctor was present. read more

The worse place ever, from the rudeness of front desk Teresa to the nurse in the back Rebecca- I had to drive my self to another place after 1 hour waiting (with an asthma attack) the doctor never came- when I called to get my copay payment back? she stated they will keep it because the nurse took my vitals... vitals? but not treatment was done, no prescription- and I never saw the doctor. Dr Dalzell is amazing! I went in for a common sinus infection. She went above and beyond of why I even came in! She recommended another doctor to look at my hormones based on a few issues I was having. She also informed me of other medications I was taking other doctors prescribed. I wish that I could have her as my primary. The wait was short. She took her time with me and was very friendly. read more

I had an appointment with Dr. David Levy on May 11th, with a followup for the 18th. between the 13th and the 17th I called three times to speak to a nurse. all three times I called I spoke with a very rude woman. the first time I called to give the pre-authorization information for my cortisone shot Dr David said he would give me on the 18th visit. Teresa, the woman I spoke with would not take any information and said that your office does not call insurance companies to get pre-authorizations that the insurance company has to fax over information. How can the insurance company fax over the information if they are not called by the provider? I tried to ask this question and Teresa got combative, I tried to call two other times and speak to a nurse to which I gave Teresa my information for a call back. i did not receive a call back and so I called again two days later. I again tried to provide my information at which time I was told Very rudely that she already had my information. I again did not receive a call back. I came in for my appointment on the 18th, and Teresa asked me for my co pay. I saw on the website that follow ups were free within 7 days and so i asked about this and was snapped at that that was for cash paying customers. instead of being belittled by Teresa YET again I cancelled my appointment. I have no issue with paying my co pay and I liked Dr David very much how ever your front desk person has made it so I do not feel comfortable with your practice. I would never recommend. read more

Although, like any Urgent Care the waiting room was busy and moved slowly at times. But the staff was efficient and Dr Dalzell was very thorough and worth the wait (a little over an hour without an appointment). I even encountered an issue while I was there that was handled promptly and professionally by the staff and office manager. Overall a very clean and classy operation! read more

I've never trusted a doctor as much as Dr. Dalzell. She is caring, compassionate, and will take as much time as you need to help you. she's also a very good listener and her staff are wonderful. I've been going here for over a year now and will continue to have them as my primary office unless I move out of state! read more

Dr. Dalzell seems very confident. The problem has been the wait time. My daughter has been for three follow up visits. We have waited over an hour each time beyond our scheduled appoointment time. What's the use of making an appointment? This place is great as an urgent care but beyond that stay away. read more

We are visiting from out of state. My 12 year old got hit with a cough, runny nose, fever and vomiting. There was no wait when we arrived on a Tuesday afternoon. David Levy PA was the provider that examined my kiddo. He was thorough, friendly, calming and spent time talking with both my kiddo and me. Based on symptoms, he did not think my kiddo had the flu. Even so, he offered a flu test. It came back positive. David was surprised and felt it may have been a false positive because kiddo's symptoms were not classic flu symptoms (even with 103 fever, she was not achy and lethargic). Because it was a positive test he prescribed Tamaflu as flu protocols define. We were in and out of there in 20 minutes. I really appreciated David taking the time to talk with us. He spent time with us, answered all of our questions, gave us his medical opinion, followed protocol even though he thought the test results were suspect, and made us part of the decision process on the best course of action. I was very happy with the service. When traveling from out of state, it was a relief to find some where close to where we are staying. My kiddo received quality care and professionalism. I would go back there again if the situation ever calls for it. read more

I went here when I had an appointment at 2:15. The receptionist comes up and tells me my appointment is at 3:15 and the doctors has left. I told her no my appointment is at 2:15. She turns tells me there going to call the doctor. Then she comes back about 5 minutes later and says the doctor had an emergency and she doesn't know when she will be back but she knows I am there waiting. Is this how you treat patients. No apology or anything. Very rude!!!!! read more
