Then earlier this year, I was dumb and scratched up the front passenger side of my front bumper and fender on the side of the garage. That's when I started looking around for repair shops and how much it would cost. Had no clue that mobile dent and scratch repair was a thing! What a life saver because I definitely didn't want to leave my car at a shop for days and worry about whether it would be secure or not. After submitting pictures of the damage and filling out the form online, they sent back an estimate fairly quickly with a reasonable price. They were able to schedule me within 2 weeks when I called to make an appointment. Also, they do have an actual auto body shop in Henderson but I decided to stick with their convenient mobile service. Israel and his wife showed up on time and finished everything within 3 hours right in our driveway. They did a excellent job and my car pretty much looked brand new! They were very friendly and pleasant to work with. My only complaint is that there was a small part of my bumper that wasn't worked on, but they did do their best to do a "touch up." I guess this area was not included in the estimate. Just to be clear, I'm not blaming anyone. I think one problem that arises from providing pictures vs having someone inspect the damage in person for quotes can lead to some minor miscommunication. However, the major scratches that were very obvious were taken care of, so I'm happy. Overall they did a good job and were very responsive so I definitely recommend Bumper Buddies!

A recommendation from our mechanic led us to Diamond Collision Center on Arville…read more We sent Dimitri a text with photos of the damage. A prompt reply with a preliminary quote was provided. He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough.
