A recommendation from our mechanic led us to Diamond Collision Center on Arville. We sent Dimitri a text with photos of the damage. A prompt reply with a preliminary quote was provided. He didn't require an in-person evaluation, but we decided anyway to visit his shop and give him an opportunity to better assess the damage in person. Along with the damage to the bumper, we also showed him some longstanding nicks and scratches along the passenger side that had bothered my mom for some time. Dimitri said they could buff out as much of it and if not, we could schedule another time to get it painted as a separate job (more on that below). The quote was more than reasonable and included the full repair of the bumper. In all it took no more than a day and half to complete and the work done by these guys was absolutely IMPECCABLE. You couldn't even tell that the bumper was scuffed up. Fantastic work! They tried to get the passenger side doors buffed out as much as possible but alas, a paint job was necessary on that side alone. We scheduled a follow-up visit to knock that out for a nominal fee (once again - more than reasonable) and within the same day, they made it look like we had just rolled the vehicle off the lot at the dealership. Gotta say - Dimitri is a really good dude. He has a great demeanor and you can tell when a place prides itself on customer service, because even for the extent of the work compared to some of the other vehicles we saw on the lot, he was genuinely nice to us the entire time and incredibly hospitable too by offering snacks and beverages in their cozy waiting area. The guys working in the garage were equally swell and approachable. I could not recommend this place enough. *Would NOT recommend Picked this place initially due to the reviews/ratings on yelp, but it was truly a miss. First off, would like to say Rhonda was very helpful! She took the time to understand what I was trying to get done and walked with me to evaluate the damages. Unfortunately after getting my car checked in, she had to leave out of town. When I went to get my car, a different lady was working and there wasn't a single acknowledgement when I came in for my appointed time to get my car. Instead she continues talking to the gentleman and even decided to go outside to check out his personal car since they were chatting it up. The only reason she spoke to me is because I interrupted to ask about my car. She didn't even offer for me to look at the work that was done prior to paying and told me the total so I could pay and leave. Of course I was going to ask to see the repairs and good thing I did. The front bumper wasn't aligned properly and there was something hanging underneath my car. I asked about the things sticking out of my front bumper that I haven't seen before and the gentleman working on my car informed me of what it was. The car stayed in the shop to revise their work and I get a voicemail the next day from the same lady telling me my car was ready for pickup and how I shouldn't expect perfection from their work. The bottom piece that was dangling was still there and they removed the part that was sticking out of my front bumper. At this point, I just wanted my car back. After paying, it took 20 minutes just to print a receipt. The service being terrible is one thing, but I can't get behind the work being subpar, too. read more

I damaged the door of our Audi Q5. I was already very upset about it. The door didn't close without a hard yank, you could hear the wind inside when you drove it. We were afraid it would rain inside damaging interior leather. Knowing the dealership was going to try and take advantage of us, for what seemed to be a straight forward repair. YES! They took every curve they could. We needed a new door because it was aluminum. (Said they couldn't repair it!) Newer car parts are expensive. Since the pandemic sourcing parts had become harder. Molding on bottom door had to be replaced, couldn't be reused. Damaged car door including front fender, and rear door and back fender needed to be repainted because it was hard to match the paint, especially being silver. We were going to have to then take it to the Audi dealer to re-calibrate the technical components of the mirror and because it had a protective paint coating we were going to have to get that redone too. $$$$. This all seem to much for the damage. My dad used to have a body shop when we were younger and I would help him. I knew this door could be fixed! Yelped Diamond Collision they had 60-5 star reviews. I read through with discernment and decided after the dealerships to head over. I was greeted by Rhonda, she was welcoming and down to earth. Her and the team looked over the car and agreed it could be fixed WITHOUT replacing the entire door. The only question was would it need to be painted. She quoted a price for parts, we payed for that upfront. "Quoted a price for labor and paint if needed. I brought car in when parts arrived. It was less than a week for entire process. The two other dealership body shops said 3-4 weeks to get car in and another 4-6 weeks to repair. Diamond Collision, took the car in one day at 8:30 AM. I received a call the next day that the car would be ready after 2:00PM. We picked the car up the next morning, amazed at how well the car repaired looked. No paint! You couldn't tell it had been damaged, door closed as it did before( I was really concerned about that!) I can't say enough great things about my experience with the team at Diamond Collision. I had been in an accident with my 2014 Toyota Corolla with the front being banged in pretty bad affecting the hood and grill. I visited about 5 or 6 different auto body shops in a single day to get quotes. Diamond Collision Center was the one I decided to go with. They offered the best price and the least amount of time it'd take to do repairs. Maria, the receptionist was very attentive and helpful explaining to me how their business operated. She assessed the damage and let me know how much repairs would be VS replacement parts. She also gave me the amount of time it'd take to make the repairs (About 5 days). They actually finished my vehicle a day early and called me to let me know it was ready to be picked up. They did let me know however that the chrome trim around my front grill had to be special ordered and would be available for me to stop in and get replaced within 2-3 days after I picked up the vehicle. After some heavy research on Yelp and Google, I decided to take my 2014 Jeep Wrangler into Diamond Collision Center to have my new hood painted. While not the cheapest quote I received, I felt confident after viewing their work, reading reviews and the awesome communication with the owner Rut. Work was completed in about 3 days, so that was great! Paint does not match exactly, but that is to be expected when painting only a part of a 6 year old car. There are a couple of imperfections in painted surface, not sure if enough to take Jeep back to them though. Office is very clean, staff is courteous and COVID safe practices are in place. Not giving a 5 star review for two reasons. The tech performing work left Jeep a mess. Would be nice if they put plastic down when getting in and out of your car, or at least cleaned up after themselves. The second reason is the amount of wax left on the car as they did not show a good attention to detail to clean the area they had painted, spent about an hour when I got home cleaning up. Overall, I am pretty pleased with the work Diamond completed and would strongly consider visiting them again if needed. read more

Introduction: Being new in a city is not easy, especially after you've lived in the same place for so long. Meaning, you know where everything is. You have your favorite restaurants, Barber, Mall, etc etc. However, super imperative to have your favorite Auto Body Shop. So I went to this one literally down the street of my house. From the outside looked super nice, but when you walked in, you can feel the unfriendly atmosphere and ignored for over 15 mins feels like a lifetime. Even if you're with a customer, which not everyone was, but come on, a hello perhaps? Anyway, I don't even want to mention their name cause it's not worth mentioning. After all, this review is all about Diamond. So after the bad experience I got, I decided to Yelp and look for another place. Thanks to my fellow Yelpers, I found Diamond. Totally well deserved name by the way cause everyone I encountered, provided a Diamond service. Customer: 5/5 From the moment I walked in, a gentlemen multi tasked and acknowledged me immediately, even though he was working on a car. He then got me his sister Taima to assist me, who was a doll. Taima also provided me with World Class service and has exceptional knowledge. Price: 5/5 OMG! Super inexpensive in comparison to what I had to do. I was informed that the parts alone would cost me about $500 by the dealership. With parts, Labor and the awesome customer experience I received barely comes out to be $950. Whoo Hoo! Quality: 5/5 One word, WOW! Yes, WOW is all I have to say. Let's just say it was practically brand new. Love it! Most importantly, I was told it would be done by Thursday and I got a call Wed that it was done. Talking about under promised and over deliver service. Diamond Collision is the worst body shop ever! I normally don't like writing reviews and leaving 1-star but this place is so highly rated for sh*t work - don't want others to fall for the same scams/headaches I went through. Long story short, my car was in their shop for 2 1/2 months before it being released to the dealership for additional work. Keep reading for those that want to know more and like reading. ***Back Story*** I brought in my car back in July of 2019 after being in a hit and run accident w/o finding the other driver (very common I hear in Vegas). I have USAA auto insurance but choose this place because they promised to provide me back a 50% discount on the deductible (I didn't get) if I went with this shop and the ratings were high (I think they are discounting for 5-star reviews - the only thing that makes sense). ***Issues*** **Communication** Communication is a big must in customer service which this place has none unless they are retrieving the money. For the first month, I was provided a rental by my insurance and would call the shop once or twice a week because I never got a follow-up call on how my car was doing. Each time I would call, they would tell me that they were working on it and would let my insurance know the status because I was in a rental (it turns out they didn't communicate considering they are the worst). At the end, my insurance (USAA) took back the rental after the first month because they only allowed 6-days to work on my vehicle and hadn't provided a supplement (FIRST SUPPLEMENT by the shop) - USAA gave me a month with a rental for bodywork they initially quoted could take 6-days to complete. Since my insurance provider hadn't received an additional supplement they reached out to Diamond Collision to see what is going on with my vehicle. After more than 3 attempts to reach out for an additional supplement they canceled my loaner ride and I had to be without a vehicle. Turns out they haven't even started working on my vehicle and was giving USAA and myself the runaround. Upon transferring my vehicle to the dealership, the Dodge service team had the most unpleasant experience of not being able to communicate with Diamond that they would call me to relay information back to Diamond. They were quoted as saying they were one of the worst shops they had to deal/work with. **Delay of work** NOTE: Work took 2 1/2 months before transferring mechanic services to the dealership. Work only gets done when you physically go down there without a car and living in Centennial Hills is rough. It turned out the first month until I physically showed up to the shop is when they started to really look at my car. Having this shop turn in a supplement for claim services was like pulling teeth. When the shop would turn in a supplement they would submit it incorrectly and my insurance would not be able to get a hold of them - I had to be the middle man between the insurance and shop. My insurance was amazed at how they called themselves a shop and couldn't do the basic needs by submitting a correct supplement as you would do to any other insurance company. **Unprofessional** First and foremost, Hugo (Owner) blames his employee Anna (Front Desk) for the lack of communication and not submitting the supplements correctly - who does that? Take ownership if you are going to be a business owner and don't downplay you, employees, as it makes your business unprofessional. I laugh on how Diamond threatens to put me in the collection because they haven't received my deductible but I haven't also received my vehicle for the service from them. In addition, this can be said in a sentence as you can read I can keep going, there is NOTHING professional about this place. Outdated website and still using HOTMAIL? **Poor Job** After the 3 month mark with 2 1/2 months (Diamond) and 2 weeks (Dodge), they decide to total my vehicle. I finally got to see my vehicle and noticed how crappy the work was and that they didn't even pant certain spots in my car (I AM KICKING MYSELF BECAUSE I DIDN'T TAKE PICTURES FOR YOU ALL). read more

Got rear ended on the way to work, and Diamond was one of the places I stopped to get a quote from. Not only was the quote reasonable, they told me they could get it in that day. There was a delay in getting the part, which resulted in a slight delay in the pick up time. This was no fault of theirs, and as soon as they knew they called to let me know. Through the entire process they were upfront about everything, which isn't something you can always say of auto shops. Picked up my car last night, looks great!
