Oscar is simply put, the best guy you could ever hope to come across when needing collision services for your car, but I'm guessing he's just one of the best guys to know, period. He's so nice, so personable. His honesty and is something you just don't see in this sort of business. Communication with him was far beyond what I'd expected. When you call, he answers. If you leave him a message outside of business hours, it's him who calls back. It's him who tells you what parts he's ordering, it's him who asks you and listens to what you want. I just can't say good enough things about him or his small/privately owned shop. I didn't formally meet any of his other crew but they all seem like a hardworking team who work really efficiently together. The shop is clean and the location is easy to get to as long as you don't miss Susanna Way because it's a little inlet street that pops up kind of in the middle of the block. His shop is right there as soon as you turn in though so it's easy to find and as you're leaving, your vehicle gets taken in behind a tall locking metal gate, so it's safely secured within their property, which I loved. Oscar dealt with my insurance and handled all quotes quickly so that the parts could get ordered and he could get things in motion. The timeline he gave me was so much faster than other places I had been reading horror stories about online before I found him. In fact I had to go remove my car from the place the insurance had recommended to have it towed to and left at afterhours, because of terrible reviews and the fact that they couldn't even find my car in the a.m. I found Oscar and Unicar on my own and felt so lucky and blessed to have found them. I knew from the instant that I called, and Oscar himself answered the phone and took the time to talk to me, that I'd found the holy grail of shops. When you find someone this good, you know it...and you want to see them succeed because they absolutely deserve it! Anyway, my kiddo and I love this car we have because it's our camper, and what we use to explore and adventure. Yes, it's also our daily vehicle but it means so much more than that to us because it spells fun and has so many memories of great times wrapped up in it. Oscar understood that and it's clear he sees the value in keeping an awesome older vehicle looking and running well. He understands that not everyone wants a new vehicle because they love the one they have. I communicated with him a few times throughout the week and he was so cool and helpful every time. He finished exactly when he said he would and let me tell you.....when we showed up in the rental car drop off service...my kiddo and I about died when we rolled up and saw our car. We weren't even sure it was ours. It looked so beautiful...better than it even had before. We were floored, giggling, and just in disbelief. First I would like to say that the work done on my son's 2001 Lexus IS 300 was top notch. The damage that was done to the vehicle was pretty significant, and the out of pocket price for repairs was extremely reasonable. The even bigger reason why I'm promoting this business, is Oscar's empathy and compassion, which I'm sure he shows for all his customers. When my son wrecked his vehicle, he was going through some significant issues. He had also lost his job and had to go to a rehabilitation facility. Oscar was willing to slowly work on the vehicle over the course of several months, while my son worked out his issues and our family healed. Even after the work was done, Oscar held the vehicle in his lot, and did not charge any storage fees. Again, understanding the significance and hard times that my son was going through. Once we were able to pay for and pick up the vehicle, Oscar charged the battery for us so the vehicle would start. He also test drove it one more time, to make sure it was running properly. They are amazing. I have gone to this place a few times very sweet and affordable. They keep you informed on what's going on.

I came into their body shop for an estimate and sat in the lobby unaddressed for 10 minutes. I even heard one of the employees say on the phone they had a customer walk in and then she remained on the phone for another 8 minutes. Another employee was sitting at his desk making a personal call shopping for car insurance. He did not even acknowledge my presence. After that the boss walks in with his lunch. Starts to eat and then continues working on the phones while eating. All the while I was never addressed. When they finally came around to acknowledging my existence I asked for an estimate. The sign on their door says estimates on Saturdays are by appointment only. They then let me know that the hours on the door isn't correct and they've ordered a new door. With the lack of customer service and the severe lack of empathy. This company will never earn my business and they shouldn't earn yours either. I said I'd give the place a poor review and the manager threatened to sick his lawyers on me. Real classy pal. read more

Oscar the owner, and his crew are all amazing!! I took my car here after someone had hit it while it was parked outside of my house. The people who hit me had a pretty crappy insurance and it was a long fight, Oscar was willing and able to help me with all of this. The insurance had quoted it at only 1,000 dollars in damage, but once Oscar tore it apart, he found way more in supplemental damage. He submitted this supplement the SAME DAY I took my car to the shop. Whenever I called him, Oscar did not ever hesitate to answer my questions, and had great communication. He also knew I was paying for my rental car out of pocket and told me that he would make my car priority. Truly an amazing guy!! Oscar had also quoted me 8 days of repairs, but him and his crew had it fixed within 6 days. (once the insurance had approved the supplements). My car literally looks better than better. My Xterra was sideswiped by a moving truck that didn't even stop to exchange insurance information. In short, it became a hit and run. The insurance company advised me to file a claim after which the truck would have to be totaled because of its age (2001). The truck run great, has been rebuilt, has new tires and except for the damage, still has a lot of life to it. One body shop I went to for estimates turned it down, saying parts would be hard to come by. Another said they needed insurance info before they can proceed with the work, although I already mentioned it was all out of pocket because I don't want it totaled ( for sentimental reasons.
