Having never gone through this process before, I was overwhelmed and unsure where to start, but James guided us through every step with compassion and professionalism. He was patient, understanding, and made sure we felt supported the entire way. I was especially anxious about how my loved one would look, but James did an absolutely beautiful job. Everything was handled with such dignity and respect. The funeral home itself is warm and welcoming, with beautiful grounds filled with flowers and even tasteful seasonal decorations that brought a small bit of comfort. Several of our friends commented afterward on how everything was arranged so perfectly. One even said, "I don't know if this is a weird thing to say, but you guys always plan the best events, and even though this was a sad one, it was perfect." Please move away from money grubbing funeral homes like the one in Canarsie that everyone goes to -- they don't care about you nor your family member.
