We asked personal friends and professional associates for recommendations and Rob's name came up repeatedly from completely unconnected people. When a friend who used to work as a bill collector threw in his recommendation, we figured we had our guy. This case was an absolute rat's nest. Opposing counsel threw every trick they could find at us trying to scare us. Rob told us ours was ultimately the second-hardest case he had ever handled, and he's had some tough ones. He navigated every aspect with sharp professionalism and a real understanding of the nuances involved, both the legal and the human side of things. His counsel was well-informed and his level of caution was on point for the situation we were in. After a lot of senseless drama, we ended up keeping our home on essentially the same terms we had offered the creditor from the beginning.
