I first followed them on Instagram after falling in love with Weomepe Designs jewelry. The artist, Dr. Jessica Moore Harjo, is one of the founding members of the collective. In just a few minutes, I found a great true story about a shipwrecked crew for my husband and an unusual mystery based on historical events for me--and a used Larry McMurtry I have been wanting to read.
