I hear some jewelry stores offer complimentary cleaning if you purchase it from them. The ring was so dirty, it was really bothering me and I knew I had to take it somewhere even if I had to pay for the cleaning. This location opened not too long ago. It's where jiffy lube was located and the space is huge. I walked in and the two employees were immediately attentive and welcoming. I explained my predicament and they treated me like I was a long time customer. They examined my ring and since it's an opal and prone to getting damaged, they can't just put it in their cleaning machine. They had their jewelry expert (who works in the basement) clean it themselves. While I waited, they offered me water, chocolate, and a catalog of their latest collection. The price ranges vary widely, which surprised me. I thought everything would be super expensive but that's not the case. Once my ring was cleaned, they brought it back and it was unrecognizable. It sparkled again! I was so happy. It looked brand new. I asked how much I owed and they said nothing. I was floored. Is this normal? If so, I had no idea. They even told me I should bring it in every 6 months or at least once a year to make sure it stays sharp and all the diamonds are in place. I had never set foot in one of their stores but now I will definitely come back and actually purchase something. Highly recommend. The customer service is unmatched.

Spencer on July 10, 2026, around 5:30 PM after a coworker told me they had wax warmers for only $3, and how good they smelled. Since I work just a couple of doors down, I walked over excited to check them out. Unfortunately, my experience was disappointing from the moment I entered. Two white women and a child walked in just behind me. I was never greeted, acknowledged, or asked if I needed help. However, I could clearly hear the employees warmly greeting and interacting with the customers behind me and others who entered the store. After walking around the store twice trying to find the wax warmers, I finally had to call my coworker--the person who had recommended the store--to ask where they were located. She had to direct me to the exact spot over the phone, despite not even working there. When I found the wax warmers, I thanked her for helping me because no one in the store had offered any assistance. As a Black woman, the difference in how I was treated compared to the other customers left me feeling invisible and unwelcome. Whether intentional or not, customer service should be consistent for everyone. A simple greeting or "Can I help you find something?" would have completely changed my experience. as I got to the counter to make my purchase and the cashier asked me if I wanted to give my phone number then I communicated my disappointment in Customer Service as I was treated in the store today. To add to the irony, I ended up wasting my $3 because the wax warmers weren't even worth it. The ones from Walmart smell much better. I hope management takes this feedback seriously because every customer deserves to feel acknowledged and valued when they walk through the door. Please feel free to review your store footage as you can see that this is not a fake review. Treat all customers with dignity and respect no matter race, sex or gender.
