While those that answered the phones were professional, we were continually told someone would get back to us. That never happened. We continued to call as we continued to receive bills and still no calls back. We finally got a collection notice and tried one last time to contact them, but again got no call back so we ended up just paying our oversized bill. We're not sure if they are lazy or cowards that don't want to discuss this, but it seems like a bad business model to ignore your long-term customers. We will no longer be using Wencl nor will we be recommending in the future.
