As a side note, my mom has Alzheimer's and I tend to worry about her receiving services as sometimes she needs things explained multiple times or extra time to navigate unfamiliar environments. I didn't have to wait long and, after having witnessed how thorough and careful Ariana is, I completely understand why she may have taken a few minutes extra with the client before me. I appreciate that Ariana takes her time - I've had many brow waxes that were so rushed and impersonal. She genuinely cares about her clients' skin and it shows! I have sensitive skin, so before we even started the wax, Ariana did a test spot on my skin to figure out if the soy based wax would be okay to use - I've never had anyone else do that. She also had me hold a mirror and watch her map out my brow while she explained various things. I had a few questions about getting a Brazilian wax and she made me feel so comfortable while discussing it and gave me some guidance about how to prepare, what to expect, etc. All in all, I highly recommend BMS for all of your waxing needs!

My makeup was a beautiful subtle smokey eye just like I wanted but horribly attempted to communicate with about 5 "something like this, but not this" pictures. The makeup she used was of the highest quality- brands I could never justify buying for myself- and yet the prices were beyond reasonable. She curled my hair and left it down just like I asked for, but I was convinced it wouldn't last past the ceremony. Somehow my stick straight hair maintained the most gorgeous, flowing curls all night despite being out in the snowstorm for over an hour. My husband, who swore he hates liquid foundation and curls on me because they always "look fake", couldn't shut up about how beautiful I was. She is located in Shrewsbury, which was a bit of a drive for me from Cambridge, but it was totally worth it.
