I scheduled with Cindy and she told me that if receive a confirmation text which I did receive. Since we just built our house and I have boxes still around I woke up super early to rearrange the boxes so that they would be out of the way of the cleaning crew. I sent a text message to Cindy's personal cellphone and her business phone because I thought maybe they couldn't find my house and got absolutely no response. I even gave them the benefit of doubt and thought maybe they had an emergency and waited till 3 days later and tried calling Cindy and no answer!
