So I'm not sure why they opted not to provide one of my dogs any of her lunches, but we weren't offered any explanation. This was forgiven, but recently, we had an emergency arise and needed to use the kennel for the THIRD time. However, Barbara became almost argumentative with my husband regarding the fact that she believes our dogs have never been there. I went so far as to email them and DM them pics of our dogs in hopes of getting some kind of validation or even a response. I didn't get a response to the email or the DM's... even though Facebook clearly shows when a page owner views/reads your messages. In the end, it feels like my dogs and my family were punished for this facilities lack of organization or poorly kept records. We've since moved on to Parkway and are happy so far!
