There's multiple levels. Parking is $4.95 daily. Weekends are usually free unless there's an event at UMD (like a game) then it's $15 from what I've seen... could be more by now. Over the last year, there have been some challenges getting to the station due to the purple line construction. Not sure when that'll be completed but lately it hasn't been too bad! I'm so glad they recently brought back the yellow line. If you miss a green line train, a yellow one comes right after! There's still occasional delays but no overall complaints. The employees at this station are super helpful. I'm late to the game but I finally downloaded the smart trip app and use it to enter the station. No need for a physical card.

All in All it is very easy to get into DC on the train however, after events it can be super crowded. I would recommend added a Tap option for an easy way to pay to get on the train. They now have a Rock& Toss crab house, Sake Japanese steakhouse, Cava, and Nalley Fresh. A Mama's on the Halfshell is coming soon. I came on this occasion to enjoy the live music with my family. It so nice to have a free outdoor activity to entertain everyone. I had a great time. On this occasion I got some Missikn BBQ. I enjoyed out in the little avenue area they have roped off. They no longer allow and consumption of alcoholic outside so you will have to enjoy that at one of the few locations nearby before coming out to see the music. Smoking is not allowed but there are always a few violators. I saw plenty of security monitoring the area and they will remind people this is an alcohol and smoke free event. I had a great time and will come back as long as the weather cooperates.
