Then I called back, waited 1 hr and 45 min, automated system told me there was one person ahead of me, THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I need to transfer my prescription to my California pharmacy and my pharmacy will not process it until it is canceled at this Walgreens pharmacy. I am currently two days behind on a very needed medication and I am feeling the health effects of it. I am beyond enraged. I don't know what to do. My doctors office said they cannot do anything until I personally cancel this prescription with this pharmacy. How is this pharmacy in business with all of these bad reviews? !!????!

It has taken me 4 minutes to get through the review process; I have now been waiting for 34 minutes. It's now been 55 minutes, and I am still on hold. I have done other work things, put them on hold to make phone calls for my job and still haven't been able to talk to someone. I am so glad that I can waste so much time.
