Does anyone work here!?!!?? I have been trying to cancel my prescription by waiting on hold literally all day. I started with waiting on hold for over 2-1/2 HOURS. Then I called back, waited 1 hr and 45 min, automated system told me there was one person ahead of me, THEN HUNG UP ON ME!!!!! I need to transfer my prescription to my California pharmacy and my pharmacy will not process it until it is canceled at this Walgreens pharmacy. I am currently two days behind on a very needed medication and I am feeling the health effects of it. I am beyond enraged. I don't know what to do. My doctors office said they cannot do anything until I personally cancel this prescription with this pharmacy. How is this pharmacy in business with all of these bad reviews? !!????! read more

I have been on hold with them for the last 30 minutes for at least 10 minutes it's been saying there's 2 callers ahead of me!!! The customer service is not the best if you can't get through 5-6 phone call in 30 minutes. It is very sad that we can't get through to them to get things figured out. Anyone thinking about using any Walgreens I recommend that you find somewhere else, you will be happier at ANY OTHER pharmacy. It has taken me 4 minutes to get through the review process; I have now been waiting for 34 minutes. It's now been 55 minutes, and I am still on hold. I have done other work things, put them on hold to make phone calls for my job and still haven't been able to talk to someone. I am so glad that I can waste so much time. It says there is still 1 caller ahead of me. 1 hour in and I can't handle it anymore. I will transfer elsewhere. read more

I have been a very loyal customer of this business location for 15+ years. I understand every company goes through ups and downs over the years. I also realize that the current generation of employees is not the best, causing staffing issues at some locations. In the last year the customer service at this location has plummeted beyond belief. Every month there are new faces in the pharmacy. Every month they are having supply issues with medications that people desperately need. One of the medications that I have taken daily for 27 years they have not had in stock for over a month now, and can not say when or if they will ever be getting it in again. It's a medication that I absolutely can not go more than 2 days without taking or it will cause some very serious health issues for me. On 10/3/2023 at 3:36pm a lady called me from the pharmacy to let me know that my prescription (different medication than the one discussed above) was ready for pickup. The first time they have called with that service in over a year. During the phone conversation I asked about a second prescription I had, she looked it up and said it was also ready. I let her know I couldn't make it in to pickup them up that day, but would be in on 10/4/2023 to get them. She said ok and that she would make a note of it in the system. At 7:30pm on 10/4/2023 I pull up to the drive thru window to pick them up. The lady at the window said they had nothing ready, then after looking said they didn't show any valid prescriptions at all. She then claimed that my Dr had cancelled the prescriptions in 6/2023. I will now be transferring all my prescriptions to my backup pharmacy in hopes of never having to deal with the extreme lack of customer service that I have gotten from this location for the last year. read more

The Lewiston ID Walgreen's Pharmacy is deplorable. For some reason I kept going there months after the gave me (and I paid for!) a prescription with someone else's name on it. When I returned it they acted like it was no big deal. Today I try to call in a refill and the automated system tells me I have to wait to speak to someone, so I wait 20 minutes. Two callers ahead of me. It finally rings for my turn, and rings, and rings. At ring 25 I was disconnected. Tomorrow I will be transferring my prescriptions elsewhere. read more

I called to have Walgreens transfer my husband's prescriptions back to Lewiston that had mistakenly been filled at a pharmacy in Wisconsin! I explained that we nwwdwed them in a few days! The pharmacy assistant informed me she could not do that. The computer wouldn't let her she said. She said call you doctor and have them sent again. I explained that our clinic suddenly closed but she had seen a new year's prescriptions to Walgreens in May. She said I don't know how to help you then you will have to go see your doctor! Walgreens has been our primary pharmacy for years! Terrible service! read more

If I did not have to travel all over the place where having a national pharmacy I can access from anywhere is important, I would drop the Lewiston pharmacy like a hot potato. There hours are horrific. Hours are from 10-6pm and by the time you get off work to get to the pharmacist at 5:15 there is a line a mile long. Some of the people who work there are sympathetic and nice but most are soooooo grumpy, short, not helpful and rude. The culture there is terrible and this place needs a total rehaul. Do not go there if you do not have to. read more

This pharmacy is the lowest of the lows they literally looked me in the eyes shut there curtain and took there headset off with out a word I waited in that line for 30 minutes and didn't get a single answer from them . My daughter has epilepsy and needs her medicine and now she has to go the night without it! This is unacceptable please use a different pharmacy if possible these people should all be fired!!! read more

The lady working your pharmacy drive thru needs an attitude check. She had absolutely no manners, kept slamming the phone down when I was answering her questions, and was so unhelpful. I didn't even get my prescription because she was so rude. read more

Awfullll! Waiting an hour for a flu shot and was first in line at 9am. Not to mention pharmacist wears mask below his nose and other techs don't even have a mask on. Huge mistake to get it done here!!!!! Go to Albertsons or anywhere else!!!! read more

I will be changing pharmacies for my mother's prescriptions. We had never been treated so rudely by a pharmacy tech before even after we were allowed to wait while being ignored at the drive thru window. There were four employees in the room. I even honked my horn to make sure they knew we were there. I told the tech we will be taking our business elsewhere. He didn't care. read more

We travelled close to 50 miles to walgreens drug in lewiston, ID to get my prescriptions. We went in and asked them to fill our drugs. The pharmacist told us to come back in an hour. We waited 2 hours before going back. The young man at the window asked for my husband's name and birth date. Then he said you'll have to wait because it's not ready yet. We told him we had talked to a pharmacist who had told us to come back in an hour. He said we wait on lots of people here. We did not return. We went to clarkston's Walgreens and filled the prescriptions. They filled them quickly and treated us with respect. We will return to clarkston. When we need our prescriptions refilled. read more

Totally unbelievable wait time and poor help. After my dentist called in medications for me to pick up after 2 1/2 hours of surgery, they were not prepared. First I waited in line for the drive through for 20 minutes and after being told to drive around and once again get in line to pick up the order, I went inside. There I waited an additional 50 minutes! By that point, I was beginning to hurt and because I had a 45 minute drive ahead of me, I was unable to take the pain meds.
