It's hard these days to find someone when you have a dead tree issue to respond in a timely manner and they delivered quickly. The price was also very reasonable for removal of a large, tall tree in our backyard that was presenting danger near our fence and power line, and Ben even offered a discount to me several days after I received my quote. I was already sold, but after that, it was a done deal and I didn't even bother asking the other tree companies where we were requesting quotes. When it came for the day to do the job, Ben and one of his workers were finished within two hours! They cleaned up well. He was also very patient in waiting for me to meet and see the finished job and pay. I would highly recommend them, especially if you are in the Hoover area.

These Guys mow the grass where I work and at the end of the day I came out to my car car full of grass Trimmings, Dust And Debris. They could have easily knocked on the door and mentioned that they were mowing and I would have put my windows up. I have called the main number for them 5 times now, and each time nobody answered. They were able to quote a very similar price as another tree removal service but Grays offered a little more than the other service. They did a great job but my only complaint is my mother's HOA was breathing down her neck to get the debris cleared and she was having a hard time getting them to come out and finish up the job, and HOA's will charge residents huge fees for things like that. One reason for having them come out and cut the trees was to keep the HOA happy lol! Thankfully after a few phone calls about a week later they were able to come out and finally finish the job today. It's just important to take those things into consideration like HOA communities when taking these jobs because you can put your customer in a sticky situation.

Now that we have used Precision, it will be our choice for any future tree service. They were neatly dressed, and they wore appropriate safety items. The removed a very large oak tree and a very large hickory tree; and, removed dead branches from a third tree. They arrived at 7:00 a.m.; removed the trees and limbs; cleaned up all the debris; blew off the driveway; and, were gone before noon. Fantastic job!!!
