9¢ per page for quick black and white printing when you are in a pinch! They recently moved locations. It is kind of obnoxious to have to get printed out course packs for certain classes from Miami though and have to spend an extra 25 or 30 dollars just to get that. read more

I always love when my professors have our books to come from here because it typically means you don't have to order a proper textbook. Every book I have gotten here has been below $40. The people who work here are very friendly and will help you get in and out very quickly as they already have the books printed and bound and ready for pickup. read more

I've been to the Oxford Copy Shop quite a few times & each visit has been positive. I went yesterday to print off letters I compiled as a gift for someone. I needed to printed and bound. I arrived 10 minutes before they closed but they didn't mind at all! The employee came over and helped me get my document pulled up, recommended paper options and was very friendly. They were able to get it done in about 10 minutes and the final product was great! It's a great local business! read more

This place is terrible and disgusting. Upon walking in, the place was filthy and looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years. I am pretty sure I saw roaches while picking up my copies. Not to mention everything is extremely overpriced!! The prices simply cannot be justified. The owner was also extremely rude. He argued with me for questioning a price and wouldn't let me get a word in to justify my concern for the price. The owner basically verbally assaulted me in front of the entire store. I was scared for my well-being. Overall, this is possibly the worst place to get copies in Oxford! You are much better going to a office max or kinkos. read more

It took several months for the 2nd half of my course packet to come in. I had to pre-pay with the first packet, and received it during the last week of the class. It was so blatant that the teacher posted the packets online so we could actually continue with the class. read more

I know this is long, but it's a wild ride from beginning to end if you want to feel secondhand indignation. Also I took 20min to type this whole thing out AND I had to sign up for yelp in the process so if that tells you anything about the terrible experience I had here, give this a read. I ordered my poster on Friday morning (4/28) for a class presentation on 1pm on Monday (5/1). I received a call saying that my poster was ready the next day (4/29) around 2pm. I immediately went to pick it up, then was told when I arrived that the laminating machine had creased my poster. The employee there told me that they had compensated me for the lamination fee, and were willing to reprint and laminate my poster again. I returned with the poster to my dorm so I could decide whether or not it was worthwhile to wait for the poster in order to fix the crease. I called the Copy Shop around 3:30pm to tell them I was returning with the poster and was told that if I wanted it redone as promised, it wouldn't be laminated until Monday at 5pm. Obviously this was past the date that I needed it by, but I talked with the employee there and agreed that they would reprint it by Monday at 1pm, I would take it to my class presentation, then return immediately afterward with it for them to laminate it with no deadline (except for summer break, 5/11). This went as planned, then a few days went by. I called on Friday (5/5) asking when my poster would be ready, and was told that it would be ready the next day. I called again on Saturday (5/6) and asked again, then the employee said she would call her manager and ask, then give me a callback - which I never received. I called again on Sunday (5/7), and finally spoke to an employee that treated me professionally and respectfully, who said that it would be ready on Monday (5/8). She then called me on Monday, apologizing because their laminating machine broke, but said that it would be done tomorrow because the laminating machine was being fixed. Today is Tuesday (5/9). I received a call from the lamination place (Letterman's) affiliated with Oxford Copy Shop, and was told that the laminating machine was broken and so all I could do was pick up the printed and non-laminated poster. At this point, I was exasperated because I had been extremely inconvenienced given the 9+ calls and multiple different employees that I had spoken with, as well as the 3 different times I had to walk to the Copy Shop to speak with them (a 25min walk), the general lack of respect or urgency, and the various different stories I had been told about my poster. So I went to Oxford Copy Shop to pick up my printed and non-laminated poster. When I got there, I was given two posters - both laminated (one was the original that I had asked to be redone) AND BOTH CREASED. Obviously, this is unacceptable and appalling because I was under the impression that I would at least have the printed version that I could take home and laminate. I asked to speak to the manager, Corrine or Connie, who said that she had nothing to do with my poster and said she would call Matt, the manager at Letterman's, to speak to me. I then spoke to Matt, who was blatantly disrespectful to me (to say the least) and proceeded to imply that I was somehow at fault then - when I asked to be compensated for the incredible inconvenience and hassle that I had gone through in the past two weeks for one 18" x 24" poster - he flatly refused and gave me the option: I can choose to "have the poster reprinted or get a refund, not both". Nearly in tears, I decided that I was done with dealing with them and chose for the refund and left. I would NOT recommend going to Oxford Copy Shop because of my experience, although I hope that other people have better experiences. Terrible customer service 0/10 would not recommend. Special Note for Matt, who walked all over me when he should be providing quality customer service or at least treating me with respect: You remind me of a hippo I saw at Cincinnati Zoo once. It was swimming around then pooped and peed at the same time and thoroughly disgusted all the zoo visitors. I hope you get vines. read more
