This dental office was gracious enough to give us an appointment that same week on a Saturday, which was such a relief. What I thought might be simple cavities turned out to require two root canals. To make matters more stressful, I had forgotten that my son was no longer covered under my insurance -- so he had no insurance at all. Dental work without insurance can be extremely expensive, but the office never treated us any differently. They were kind, understanding, and professional throughout the entire process. They helped me complete an application with Cherry, a company that offers payment plans for medical and wellness services. Thank God I was approved, because it truly made all the difference. I was there all day, but the staff made sure I was comfortable, kept me updated on my son's progress, and clearly communicated when he would be finished. There truly are not enough good things I can say about this office. It means so much when people go the extra mile to make sure you're okay during a stressful situation. I continued to press and insisted on knowing if he is a licensed oral surgeon or a licensed dentist who happens to do extractions. I was finally told that he is a dentist who used to be an oral surgeon in India. The office needs to clearly represent their personnel. My mother needs all her teeth pulled and was very clear that she preferred the services of an oral surgeon. Dr. Mathur was not respectful of her choice. He lectured her and was clearly annoyed that she wouldn't allow him to perform her procedure. He then proceeded to call me in the room and was very dismissive of my mom. He talked to her like she was stupid and kept addressing me and insisting it would be best to allow his office to do the extractions. Mom and I both made it very clear that what she needed from him were X-rays only. He was very condescending throughout the rest of the appointment. It didn't sit well with either of us that mom was initially led to believe that she was meeting an oral surgeon. We left with the X-rays and she will shop around for a more professional and straightforward dentist to make her dentures. Also, this office does not look clean. It is very run down. This is concerning as hygiene is important especially where medical and dental procedures are concerned.

Now they say I have a powerful bite. Which they tested everything before they did it, the temps broke the permanent teeth broke. The temps they do are done on 3d printer. They want to charge a fortune for them. Their only solution is to buy cubic zirconia teeth for another 20000. Stating material used on teeth they made are inferior material and does not hold up. They stated they do not use anymore. Years later stuck with them because nobody wants to fix their mess. And would want to start over. Money I don't have. Really regret ever doing this.

I found him after a serious fall while walking with my son…read more I tripped on some broken concrete and fell on my face with my teeth taking the brunt of the fall since I had bags in my hands. Er said teeth were intact but see your dentist. My dentist couldn't examine the teeth because of my swelling but X-ray looked good. A week later I had awful pain and my 2 front teeth were discolored and cracked at the gum line. I was crushed. My teeth were beautiful and part of my identity. My dentist referred me to a root canal specialist and just the root canals were going to exhaust my insurance and I need crowns. I found Dr. Yefim on a search and God definitely was looking out for me. 2 painless root canals and antibiotics. A week later prep for the crowns with a temporary inserted. 2 weeks later 2 crowns put in. My teeth have never looked more beautiful. Polished to perfection and color match was on point. With only a small balance to pay. I've gotten ton of compliments. I am so happy and my broken heart mended. I will definitely be returning for my cleaning and check up.

It did take awhile and because of my insurance I had the bottom done first (the kind that's "glued" in, then got my uppers this year. (The removable kind). I understand what I was told so a little puzzled as to why I had to come back more than a few times to get them. But when they were done everything fit well. The only problem was with the top dentures. I start bringing my tongue up and "chomp" because of the metallic stuff on the dentures. It just felt funny and when I a fellow associate of DR. A she just said it's something to get used to! Why? I know some dentures can be made with a clear coating. She said because of my poor bone structure in my mouth that wasn't feasible?? Like I said I speak and comprehend English better than most but at times the communication was not what it should be. PRO ~ they don't "rush you" and take their time and he is the first dentist i had where the needle didn't "hurt" badly. And again Jeanine the dental hygienist is the best! Gentle caring compassionate i love her
