This guy's a charlatan. The worst part is I probably didn't even need the procedure in the first place because the tooth was only sensitive but not infected. He did some test on the tooth and claimed that both it and the tooth behind it needed root canals. I refused to let him do the tooth behind it, and that tooth has never given me any problems before or since.

Unfortunately last week I had to have a root canal performed on one of my lower molars…read more Fortunately I was referred to Dr. Biron from a close family friend (local well known dentist) who knows Dr. Biron personally, refers his patients to Dr. Biron's practice and his daughter had a very positive experience with Dr. Biron and his staff. This is the second root canal that I have had to have performed over my lifespan and this most recent experience has given me a whole new positive view on the procedure based on the experience I had. My experience during my procedure did not fall short of my friend's recommendation. Dr. Biron and his assistant were very accommodating, compassionate, friendly and professional during the entire process, not to mention the facility was immaculate. I would highly recommend anyone who needs a root canal to go to Dr. Biron. Trust me root canals are not as bad as you think they are when you are working with Dr. Biron and his staff! She rudely told me that that is not her responsibility. (I called several places before this one and they were all HAPPY to help me). It seemed like I was a bother to her and she just didn't "feel" like doing her job. I then said you know what never mind and we ended the conversation. Thinking about how that awful conversation went, I called back to speak with someone higher up then her that would maybe be able to help me. She answered the phone "HI ELIZABETH" (saw my name on caller ID) and told me that she IS the higher up. I nicely asked her what her name was and she refused to give it to me. I then asked to speak with Dr Biron (which I knew he was most likely busy) and asked what a good time was to call back to speak with him. She said I couldn't speak with him. And the phone went silent. Assuming she hung up on me. If anyone knows the women working the front desk's name, please add it in the comments. People should know how rude she is. She should not be working in customer service speaking to people like that. I was eager to get into the office to get my work done and now I would NEVER recommend anyone to this place. Its unfortunate for the Doctor that his front desk worker is costing him business.

Get a second opinion before getting multiple crowns from them. I should've read yelp reviews…read moreinstead of google. Don't let them gaslight you into painful procedures when you have no pain, in the name of being "proactive". In retrospect I can't believe I let that happen to me repeatedly until my insurance declined excessive crowns that were unnecessary. That was truly a wake up call. I had 2 separate dental offices confirm that I have healthy teeth and need no crowns. I especially deeply regret one painless tooth that I let them put a crown on, which proceeded to have cold sensitivity afterward, and even though there was no infection, they sold me on a root canal which will remove nerves so I won't feel anything. They aggressively called me in the weeks after the visit and I stupidly relented. I now have a root canal infection and need extraction and implant. I went along with the nonsense for far too long because I previously had a pay-more-for-better mind set. Now money is not even the worst part of it. They did not just upsell bells and whistles cares that are nice-to-have and just bad values; they sold invasive procedures that were detrimental to my health.

I went there. I went for teeth cleaning. They take x ray first. Then they check gap in between…read moreteeth. Then they showed me the picture I put. And said I need to pay $372 out of pocket and "if I don't do this I am not there customer". That's what Joe said to me. Then I cancelled my wife's and son appointment.
