I was having a sensitivity issue, so she changed her method to clean my teeth, making me more comfortable. Dr. Lee is very professional and kind. He lays out your options, and tells you what the best plan is for your dental health. He is happy to refer you if your needs exceed the capabilities of the clinic. I have had my teeth cleaned, a bite guard made for teeth grinding, and have had a few fillings. Always great work, and they've done adjustments when needed for no extra charge. Always am greeted by Buffy and the rest of the friendly staff. They've given me quotes when I've required it, since I don't have dental insurance. They are always very accommodating. I can't help but mention the outreach the clinic does as well. Free cleanings for children several times a year, candy buy back after halloween to benefit the troops, etc., attending career day at the local schools, even sending their tooth fairy Elise on special missions! They do so much for our community. A real asset to Oxford.

Because I needed to have a minor procedure done, I scheduled a second appointment. Upon arrival, I was quickly checked in and called to the back where I sat - for an hour... Assistants came in twice, once to take my blood pressure and once to place numbing gel on my gums, but neither explained the extensive wait. As I was planning to get my things and leave, the dentist finally arrived and apologized. In instances such as this - when there is a longer than normal time wait - patients should be notified upon check in so they can decide if they would like to wait or reschedule. Because I had other engagements that morning, I would have opted to reschedule. I do understand that this happens, but I would have appreciated a heads up. I trust that this is a one-time event and plan to return for a second cleaning in a few months.

They will tell you your insurance will cover procedures that you "need"…read more Then bill you hundreds of dollars later because the procedures they perform are in fact not necessary so insurance won't cover them. To top it off they don't actually send you bills. They just send it to collections, charging you additional hundreds. And every time I call trying to rectify this, the person at the front desk is new and doesn't know how to help. This place just wants money and does not care about you, your wallet, or what's best for your teeth. It's infuriating and embarrassing. RUN.

Then, I got an appointment for quoted cleaning scheduled in 7/13/2023. However, during the cleaning, they suddenly stopped and told me your cleaning fee is 783$!. I got mad and told them we agreed on $308 for regular cleaning. They said "forget about that"!. I was so frustrated because of their lies, so I refused the cleaning with the new fee. However, they said "you still owe us 313$ because of x-rays and your teeth evaluation". They also said "they do not do any further dental service if you do not pay the 313$ just now"!. They obviously lied to me and cheated on their formal quote. I have attached both quotes, the one for 308$ that given to me in the consultation visit, and the one for 783$ that given to me in the middle of cleaning in the service day. They also treated my cracked tooth in less than 5 minutes in a very rude way. I am VERY disgusted and dissatisfied with this service. They are liars and scammers. Most staff are also rude. I was very polite with them all the time despite all their lies. They treated me like a slave. Do not trust their smiles, words, and quotes. They clearly lie on their quotes. Also, don't believe the five stars' reviews on google. There's a reason most of them are from people with only one or two reviews: Those reviews are fake. I usually do not leave negative reviews.
