The employees are very kind and helpful. My phone died the worker at the time let me use the store phone to call my husband. The store was extremely clean. The bathroom smelt and was very clean especially for a gas station bathroom. read more

Convenient Shell with a Dunkin Donuts, Car Wash, and even a liquor license. Gas prices are competitive, car wash is good. Lot can be congested and driveway often has potholes in it. The daytime staff is okay, but come in here after 8pm and its a growing crowd of loiterers and scary customers. read more

Over the last 15 years I've stopped at this station almost every morning. I've purchased gas, coffee, alcohol & the occasional car wash. I've spent thousands of dollars at this facility however they will not receive one more cent from me. On May 11, 2019 I stopped to purchase gas and get a car wash. I filled my tank with gas and entered the car wash. Approximately 1/3 of the way thru, the car wash stopped with the washing brushes blocking both my doors. I put my truck in gear to exit the car was and the equipment damaged the hood of my truck. I pulled around and notified store personnel of the incident and my information was taken. I was told that I would be contacted on Monday May 13, 2019 by the home office with their insurers information. I did not receive a call so I contacted the store manager. She told me she would contact them and get back to me. The next day I called again and the manager put me on hold, I listened to her take customers for the next 10 min and then she hung up on me. I then drove to the facility and the manager took me into the office and provided me with a phone number for the district manager (Eric), she indicated that the company was going to fight any claim. I called the district manager (Eric) and had to leave a message. I received no call back and called a second time the next day, again I had to leave a message. The following day I missed a call from him and immediately called back only to leave yet another message. I finally received a call from him and was informed that they would not honor any claim. He stated that he had watched the video and confirmed that the car wash stopped but I should have honked my horn or called (the car wash was not manned and is in a separate building from the store. I have no idea who I was supposed to call there is no number posted in the car wash) and that the damaged was caused by me exiting the car wash. I explained to him that it was their car wash that malfunctioned and he stated they would do nothing. They did not even offer to refund my failed car wash!! Not just Gas and a convenience store. They have a Dunkin Donuts, a car wash and they have a beer cave ans a pretty big wine selection. Located at the corner of Routes 20 and 56, my only real complaint, and they have no control of it, is the fact that you have to exit on the Route 56 side. Making a left at certain times of the day can be a huge pain in the you know what. The place is clean the staff seems nice and the gas prices are competitive. They also have pay vacuums and an air machine that you can preset to the psi needed for your tires. So much easier. Extra points for the unknown employee who helped Mrs B with the tires on one visit. read more

Trust the other Yelpers: this is no ordinary gas station! Wine that might not be $60 bottle, but it's not what 16 yr olds will swill down either. A huge beer walk-in, and you could walk in there just to cool off on a Summer day. Lots of snacks, a Dunkin Donuts and nice folks at the register. read more

Don't have your car washed and try to go inside with receipt and get your gas at there wash price. They will not let you. Should have sign saying you have to go inside of store before you get wash, And wash was not good for the 13$ price! read more

I live within walking distance to this gas station. My property abuts the gas and over the years I've had nothing bad to say about them. However recently this has all changed. As a neighbor I went to the owner/manager about a year ago requesting they not serve alcohol to a person living in my home. She has a bad drinking problem and can not refrain from drinking. She doesn't drive so the only place she can get it is there. The manager told me he would sell to anyone old enough and my requests was denied. Earlier this week the Shell station had been selling her a quart of vodka every day for 5 days straight days. On Tuesday she was admitted to ICU for alcohol related issues. She was so dehydrated they had trouble finding a vein to draw blood. Today is Thursday and she is still admitted. The Oxford police were notified of the stores activity and their unwilling to help people who can't make good choices on their own due to substance abuse. I know many of you will read this and say. "It can't be that bad" or "He must have it out for the store." Believe me when I say over the years, the store and gas station has been a convenience for me, but the public must be aware that THEY JUST DON'T CARE!!!! My friend may die because of their choice to sell to an obvious intoxicated person. Please train your people more in human nature and compassion rather then how to make change for a quart of vodka. And learn to spot an intoxicated person. You just may be saving a life.. read more

As a Speed Pass user I find this station to be the worst of them all. Its a crap shoot to find a pump that will accept the speed pass, and then, if it will print a receipt. Complaints over the years when I've had to walk inside for a receipt haven't inproved their performance at all. I recently found a pump that worked (although I had to step around the puddle of diesel on the ground) but after getting a receipt at the pump, I noticed I paid more than the posted price. I went inside to ask what was going on and the young kid sitting behind a register told me the pump I used was a full service pump. I looked outside and saw a big "SELF SERVICE" on the island. The kid tells me there's a full service sign at the pump. I looked and there it was, a small masking tape full service sign. The u was missing and you'd never see it pulling up to the pump, but it was a "sign". So I asked, how come noone came out when I pulled up to the pump? If someone had, I would have moved. The kid answered, "They're working on that". My guess is that the kid hiding behind the register was the one who should have walked out. But I'll also wager he knows most people won't see the sign. I say he was hiding because when I walked into the store, I didn't see anyone behind the counter. I stood there for a while waiting for someone before he finally asked if he could help me. It is unfortunately necessary that I give a poor review as I used this station often without ever having a problem. However, using the car wash last weekend, it malfunctioned and pulled my vehicle into another vehicle which was already stopped inside for some reason. Caused cosmetic damage so no big deal, but management refuses to help and stated that I drove into car inside. Apparently the new manager is ignorant of how her equipment works. My vehicle was in neutral and it is impossible to have "tailgated" as she claims. Perhaps if she would release the video to Insurance Co. like we requested, she would appear less incompetent. read more

the staff are not friendly and every time you go there most of the pumps are out order.and there bathroom is always filthy.somtimes you can be standing in line for 20 mins and the cashier don't say hi or even look at you half the time think the customer service needs to be worked on alote. along with keeping a clean bathroom and try to fix gas pumps so theres more then just 3 working half the time read more
