Not even a week later my husband was driving (thank goodness) and he lost all power steering control. They said they could get me in right away, which they did, and now I know it's because Lori probably didn't need anything done that day because no one else would go there. I should have looked at reviews, but I was already a month overdue and really in a bind. Of course they found something "wrong" and tried to bully me into replacing the part there. I don't know anything about cars but felt like I was being taken advantage of because they were being so aggressive and even tried to convince me that I wouldn't be safe driving home to try to get me to do the work there. When I finally got out of there, I went to another shop to get a second opinion, and what do you know, they told me it would need to be replaced soon but it was fine for now. They passed my inspection and I spent $70 (for 2 inspections) that day instead of the $1000 these swindlers wanted to charge me. Thank God I trusted my gut.
