I'm just now getting around to writing the review as the disgust has mounted over seeing every day the "wavey" carpet in the Master Bedroom, in addition, the unacceptable way they proposed to handle the matter. Within a year and a half of the carpet being installed the carpet began to develop significant 2"- 3" high waves or rolls every 8'-10'. Cleary a very poor install job in the Master as the other rooms have no problems. After calling them out to see it, their solution was to re-stretch they're poor installation in the Master Bedroom for $800!! When I challenged them, the response was quite nonchalant stating "that's what it costs" which is unfortunate because I really like the carpet. BUT, they didn't stand behind their work. When it comes to eventually recarpeting and reinstalling our wood flooring I won't be calling All Flooring Design.

I spaced making an appointment until just a few days before my service need. As expected, my (much more established) previous vendor was booked - it's Novermber in Breckenridge - what was I thinking? Anyway, I called, left a message, and got a prompt return call from one of the owners, Pablo. He worked me in to his busy schedule with no penalty, took my lockbox code, and set everything up. On the service date something got sideways and no one showed up - I learned this form the tenant who was going to move in the next day. You might expect that this would ruin the experience; if it were a different situation, it might well have. But what separates HELP from many other competitors is how Pablo solved the problem. I called Pablo, he apologized, and I told him just to make it right. One of his staff got over there shortly and cleaned the carpets. Per the feedback I got from my tenant, the kid did a great job. The icing on the cake came this morning: Pablo called me personally after reviewing my invoice, apologized for the inconvenience, and applied a meaningful discount. I honestly wasn't even all that upset - it's turnover season in Breck and all of these guys are booked solid. I got an emergency schedule placement and sometimes things get mixed up. It happens. But Pablo went above and beyond expectations to make sure he corrected the problem. They've got a new client. Very happy.

I got a bill at the end of the day that was insanely high for the work completed. It was explained to me that that is because it was "insurance rates." I am not filing a claim with my insurance so I am getting stuck paying unquoted work (during an emergency) at crazy high rates. Again, their emergency response was great. Their work product was exactly what it should have been. I am just very surprised and disappointed at the pricing. Even recognizing I was in a bind and it was going to cost me, their pricing was simply not fair. Getting a bill after the fact, nothing I can do now except let others know if you aren't making an insurance claim, be prepared for "insurance rates." Dumb of me not to get pricing clearly stated prior but sitting in a wet room with a burst pipe makes you hurry along!

Been working with Team Clean for about 5 years Never any…read moreserious issues, the cleaning they do is good, about what you should expect, their pricing was below most competitors. However this is a basic service done primarily through email. No emergency cleanings, they aren't available on weekends (they clean on weekends but usually no one in the office). So if you schedule at least week in advance, they have always done the job, no issues. Works for me. If you want the immediate 24/7 service, linked calendars, etc. you'll need to pay another company and it will be pricier.

Team Clean quoted us $250 for a "deep" clean of our 768 sqft apartment and after doing an okay job (we weren't sure at first if they had come or not because it didn't look much cleaner than it did before) we were charged $400. I paid the $400 and planned on using a different, local cleaning company in the future. This month I was charged an additional $375 from Team Clean for absolutely no reason as it was a one time job. I have spent hours over the past few days trying to reach them with no response or call back. I at very disappointed with their lack of professionalism and transparency, ability to clean, and potentially fraudulent behavior. I absolutely do not trust this company and recommend going elsewhere for your housekeeping needs. This has been a nightmare trying to dispute the charge with my credit card company and it would have been way easier for us to just clean our own place. I'm sure they have done this to a number of previous customers in the hopes that no one would notice these additional charges.
