I made a mistake and called the other shop in town who did a very mediocre job. Our carpet is just over a year old and the other company couldn't get a pet stain cleaned and claimed that was the best they could do. Then they wanted to charge me extra $ to come back for another try - no thanks! I called Mountain Pride and Connor came out to get the job done right (on the same day!) My carpets look like new!!! Not only did Mountain Pride do an exceptional job, they went out of their way to accommodate my schedule and got the job done in a timely manner. I had some stains near the laundry area, pet stains, and area rugs that I didn't think were going to be much improved. I was so wrong. We recently had a sunk pump fail and flooding in two carpeted closets. Mark at Mountain Pride came out the day the problem was discovered and started remediation immediately. He was friendly, professional and had the closets ready for reconstruction in record time. Had them out today to take care of the wall to wall carpeting in the house. Some bad dirt spots from the dogs, some tea spills, etc. Had an 8:30- 9:30 appointment. They called at 8:30 to tell me they would be there in 15 minutes. Arrived around 8:45. The tech was friendly. He gave an estimate that seemed reasonable. I asked about wether he thought he could clean my ski room and he did a freebie test cleaning of a small area on a recycled rubber surface that lines the ski room. Put a drier on it then did the carpet. The carpets look great! Came back and said he wasnt sure about the ski room, but I asked him to go ahead with it. Came out great.
