This is an update to my prior review...... After posting the initial review, I was contacted by the…read moreowner, Russ, and arrangements were made for them to come back and re-clean everything. Russ stated they had some equipment damage the day prior to my original appointment and he felt that was what caused the problem with the dirty water not being sucked out. As before, they arrived as scheduled and were very friendly. They re-cleaned everything and added a deodorizer this time and it did dry in just a little over a day. Although the carpet is now clean, it still has a slight odor to it that I hope will fade in time. I believe Russ did everything he could to try and make the situation better and I appreciate his efforts.

Not only because their quote was reasonable, but Eddie, the actual owner, did the quote and was incredibly personable and respectful. He took his shoes off after leaving our dusty basement after reviewing it so that he would not track the dust into our house (without even asking)- NONE of the other representatives from the other companies did this! And there was no up selling etc. Anyway, the work itself was very well done! They were timely, courteous, and explained what they will be doing and even explained what they did after. They also offer a 10 day warranty if you weren't happy with the cleaning and would come back which is incredibly nice! Our basement floor is no longer gross and we can finally setup and enjoy our basement. I HIGHLY recommend Cincinnati Maintenance in a heartbeat.

The workers Blake and Mike we sympathetic to us being upset over the water in the basement, they were reassuring that they would take care of it for us. Blake and Mike were professional, quick working and made us feel better right away. Before leaving the first first day they explained everything that was done, how to deal with making an insurance claim and exactly what they were going to do the next day.
