He cleaned the soiled area of the carpet, a soiled spot on the sofa arm, a dining chair seat, and the master bathroom tile floor. I had not even asked for an estimate; I just needed it done. The price he charged was much less than I expected! I could not have rented the equipment and bought the chemicals for the price he charged! Do I recommend? YES! Will I recommend to my friends? YES! Will I use again? YES!

Triad Cleaning Services performed our move-in cleaning with carpet cleaning on 6/13. They spent a long time there but did an AMAZING and THOROUGH job! The previous homeowner left the home unclean with some mystery gunk on the stove top, a bunch of sticky residue on the floors and carpets that looked trampled over. Unlike other service providers, Lucy went beyond asking my home's square footage and general state of cleanliness. She visited my home (on the same day) to walk the rooms and get a true understanding of the scope of work and my specific desires. Our home was tidy, but our previous (nationally franchised) maid service seemed to be getting less thorough with each session so the deep clean gave us peace of mind and a great reset.
