They tried to take us to court through the Law Office of Barry Nakell, with the implied threat that a debt collection agency would become involved, ding our credit, etc. We learned counsel would cost more than the amount owed for services NOT rendered. We paid them. My advice is to avoid both outfits. The former was evasive and predatory, the latter was just doing his job, albeit for a company that surely shades his reflections on moral and ethical obligations to jurisprudence. We have not found a suitable cleaning replacement in the area. I should add that the concerns were not extraordinary by any measure; cleaning the cabinets in the kitchen, cleaning the doors and windows, cleaning corners in the kitchen, cleaning under chairs, couches and beds, and a few other problem spots owing to the fact we have small children.
