David was amazing! He was quick and accommodating on scheduling. I recently moved out of a house I was renting and I hired David to clean the carpets as part of my requirement to get my deposit back. The previous tenants had stained the carpet quite a bit with a very dark substance. The property management company had already had the carpets cleaned when I moved in 2 years ago, and I had them cleaned one more time to get rid of an existing smell, but the stains and smells remained. My kids had also gotten a dark, sticky, liquidy type of putty on the carpet and I could not get it off at all. I did not have any expectation that the older stains and putty residue would come out with this carpet cleaning, so I did not even think to take a 'before' picture. I was completely shocked when I came back after he was done to see that not only was the smoke and pet smell from the previous tenants gone, but every single solitary stain was gone and the high traffic areas looked just like the rest of the carpet! I could not believe my eyes! I even got my full deposit back! I also did not have the reaction that I have had in the past to the cleaning chemicals other companies use! I even brought a mask to wear for when I went to check on the carpets because I have been sensitive to that in the past, but once I got there I realized I didn't need it. It was amazing! I will definitely use David again and recommend him to everyone I know! read more
