I have white carpet and the stairs, hallway, and one bedroom were dark...and I mean dark, like you can see the trail where we walked. Awesome local business!! Dave is personable and professional. From booking on the website (be sure to check the coupon deals, they're amazing), to arrival, it was a good experience. Dave confirmed the appointment via text (my preferred way of communication) AND let me know when he was on the way to the appointment. He was right on time, got to work and somehow he got a few stains out that were in the carpet upon my moving in several months ago. I have dogs...and they like to drag in dirt, rocks, birds and their dirty bums across the floor (blech)...anyway, the carpets look brand new, and the house smells clean. We needed our carpets cleaned and a throw rug. When the techs came out they were in and out within 45 minutes. One of the techs just talked the entire time and just ran a machine over the carpet in the bedrooms, he didnt put hardly any chemicals down. With the throw rug that was dirty, there was a black mark that he said was a shadow from the blinds but you could clearly see that it wasnt. After they left, the black marks were still on the rug. Even after some cleaning you would think that it would appear clean for atleast a week. Nothing changed. $239.00 down the drain. Then the owner reached out to me and tried to set up an appointment to clean again for free but it was such a hassel to get them and when I did give them a day, they replied 5 days later and said they never got my message. Will not use nor recommend them in the future. read more

We found them in the InMaricopa magazine while looking at our new house. We wanted to get the carpets cleaned before we moved in, so we scheduled with David. He showed up on time and was very pleasant. He took a look at our carpets and told us we didn't need them cleaned, just vacuumed. I actually was able to get the cleaning done an hour earlier than I was remembering. (I think I made the mistake, but David would have honored either time slot.) David did the job perfectly.
